I stayed at this hotel for a while earlier this year. Good location for Gatwick and access into London. Rooms are clean and everything works. Would recommend for staying at before and after travel from the airport.

Rang today to make a booking as we wanted to see hotel before booking large wedding reception ! Guy that answered was abrupt and rude stating not taking bookings only for events at the moment i asked when they would be taking bookings he replied " Dont know " and just hung up Very unproffessional and rude will never consider this place again ! We have used it a few times in the past for holidays out of Gatwick . Maybe training in manners needs to be considered ! Ian farrell

AVOID AVOID AVOID Full of illegal boat people. .. Lots of single foreign young men roam around in small gangs giving the feeling of insecurity . There appears to be very little hotel security to give you confidence.

I have to thank all of the staff members of Copthorne Hotel - Gatwick particularly the house keeping staff. I have been here as an asylum seeker for four months. It has been always feeling like at home at Copthorne hotel. I want to deeply thank all the house keeping staff members for their good attitude and continuous care. You guys always have been there to help and do our needs. Thank you for keeping the rooms always clean. Thank you for providing amazing laundry. Dear Copthorne Hotel employees! My family and I have been staying in your hotel already for 2 month. We are pleased to see your good attitude towards us and other guests of this hotel. Thank you for a great variety of delicious food. You always take into consideration our needs. Thank you for neat and tidy rooms. We really appreciate that you follow all COVID-19 safety measures. We are religious people and we appreciate such a nice attitude. Doing so you follow words written in the Bible: Proverbs chapter 3 verse 27 “Do not withhold good from those to whom you should give it if it is within your power to help”.People and God really appreciate your good deeds.
