Fantastic place to stay! The employees are so friendly and the whole decor of the hotel is cute! The room was clean and comfortable. And the outlets smile at you!

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Hebron and a buffet breakfast was included. We could not fault the breakfast choices on offer as there was a great variety from cereals, breads, juices, eggs, bacon etc. The hotel was in a handy location and only a 5/10 minute walk to the train station. Attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, the Hans Christian Andersen Statue & main shopping street were also in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even provided a spare plug adaptor as we'd foolishly brought the incorrect one! My only minor complaints were rather noisy floorboards and a couple of stained towels, which were replaced immediately when we contacted housekeeping. We were pleased with our stay overall and would recommend for a short trip to Copenhagen.

Decent hotel with both good pros and cons Pros - Amazing and friendly staff at the front desk - Really good breakfast - Perfect location for visiting the city Cons - Rooms are small (especially if you have the sofa bed) and very noisy (you clearly hear people on top or next to you) - They lack a lot of amenities (no fridge even empty, no AC, etc) - Mattresses were super soft… - Restaurant for breakfast is too small. Come after 8h15 and you can’t seat

The Double Room for my Daughter and me, was small but it had everything we needed. I loved the bathroom. I didn’t like the beds. There were much too soft and we had a lot of pain in the morning. We could change the temperature of the room and in the bathroom according to our needs. As the reviews before we can only confirm that the breakfast was excellent. It had everything you could imagine and all of it tasted superb. I never had such a good breakfast before in a hotel chain. The personnel at the reception were very polite and helpful.

Hôtel très agréable. Chambre spacieuse avec une bonne literie. Un super buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Super bien placé à 5 mn de la gare centrale, et du parc Tivoli. Personnel agréable comme la,plupart des danois par ailleurs. Franchement rien a redire.

We were 3 couples visiting Copenhagen by train for a few days and made an excellent choice in staying at this centrally located hotel a short walk from the station. We were able to hire bikes at the hotel which is a delightful and easy way to see the many sights of wonderful wonderful Copenhagen. There were also many good restaurants a short walk away for dinner each night. We had an excellent room and the breakfast each day was of a very high standard and quality. The service in all parts of the hotel was exceptional with nice areas to relax both in and out of the hotel.

I was dubious about the location but needn't have worried. Felt safe throughout my stay in Copenhagen and it would have been a shame to miss out on this terrific hotel. Clean, smart surroundings, easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was one of the best I've had with every possible taste catered for. Great staff team, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I'd love to come back and hope to bring a friend next time.

Advertised as air conditioned and photos showed spacious room. Reality: no AC and incredibly small room - the space between beds was the width of a carry on suitcase! Had no choice but stay first night as hotel was sold out Offered a free snack as compensation. In spite of promise of follow up, have received zero response from management about real compensation

We were a group of 3 families. What’s great hotel to pick. After reading reviews yup we picked the Best Western. It was great. Close to everything, clean rooms, awesome breakfast. No ice machines but grab a cup of ice at the front desk. Very nice patio area for breakfast, for evening wine and chit chat. There’s a Lidl around the corner for water, beer, wine etc. Very nice gelato place around 3 blocks away. We ate at the Tivoli food court near by, so so. It was a great place we recommend it highly.
