Because of the business trip, the company selected this hotel and I also stayed for two more nights. I think I need to give an objective review of this hotel for other people's reference 1) Facilities: The weather in Denmark in October is a bit cold, especially in the morning and evening, but there is no air conditioning. There are no toothbrushes or slippers in the room. There are two rolls of toilet paper, one of which has mold spots on the outside. Because there is no air conditioning, the waiter brought me a kettle on request. The hotel is large and has many rooms, but the gym is very small. There is only one elliptical machine and one treadmill, which is very inconvenient and easy to run out of space 2) Service: A brother who works during the day hesitated when I asked if there were slippers. In the end, he refused me because there were no disposable slippers. But at noon on the second day of check-in, I asked the cleaning waiter with a try-it mentality and she gave me a pair. So it is difficult to understand the behavior of the front desk clerk 3) Food and Beverage There are not many breakfast options. Every day, I rely on sour bread with butter and some scrambled eggs. There is not even a vegetable salad. The front desk service was good. The hotel room was clean and well-equipped. It was a very comfortable stay. The transportation is convenient. There are restaurants nearby. The room is clean. I will stay here again next time. The overall feeling is very good and I am satisfied.
