Hotel was located about 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The room was small but beds were comfy. The bathroom only has a rain shower which was hard to use as well. Lastly you have to pay to store your luggage in the hotel’s lockers, which is a downside.

The chain hotel, like others from this chain, resembles a cabin in terms of room size - very small, and there is nothing to say about the bathroom. But it was enough for me, there is a table, and shelves, and hangers, and a kettle, tea and sugar are put in. There is even a balcony, overlooking a quiet street. Breakfasts are excellent, a decent buffet. The staff are generally friendly, with the exception of a lady named Soha - very unfriendly, even rude. I asked her to print out a boarding pass, and ran into outright hostility. Otherwise, everything is fine, I practically did not see other employees - they do not change towels, do not take out the trash, but I have no complaints, since I stayed only two nights. The location is good, a direct bus to the airport is very close. I think the price matches the quality, I recommend the hotel. Next time I will stay in another one, but in the same chain.

good location, there's direct airport bus right outside of the hotel. free luggage storage and walking distance to all major sightseeing spots.
the room was clean but a little smelly though, however ok for 1 night stay.

We were not satisfied with trip.com at all and will not make a reservation again. After making the first reservation, I made it from Cabinn City for November 13-15, 2024. Since our flight was canceled, I informed them that we would be checking in on the 14th within 24 hours of making the reservation, and they always gave us negative feedback. Anyway, when we went to the hotel with 14 women, they could not find our reservation for 1 hour. I am a person who travels so much that this is the first time I encounter something like this, the other sites I made reservations on work very well. Anyway, they gave us a room after 1 hour. Look at the first room they gave us. IT'S LIKE A JOKE... They gave us the room that was full, and on top of all this grievance, this happened. Then they gave us another room, but we were not satisfied with trip.com at all
