It takes a few minutes to get off the subway to get to the hotel. The location is not particularly convenient, but the style of the hotel is superb, breakfast is also very good, our room type bathroom with floor heating will be very hot at night, it is worth living

Great hotel, very friendly and most accomodating reception staff, small but very clean rooms with wooden floors, delicious breakfast buffet, bikes to rent which is very conveniant to see all the beautiful sights and the bus/metro stations are close by. So a great hotel, friendly and conveniantly located.

Firstly the Good, can’t really go wrong with the location, brisk 5 or 6 mins walk (without cases) from the Central Station and also fairly close to lots of attractions. Also the staff were very friendly. The Bad, being up on the top floor it was very warm with no a/c or fan and you couldn’t keep the window open as there was too much noise from the nearby main road. Also there was only a thin white blind that blocked out virtually no light at all so I found it almost impossible to sleep. Now for the Absolutely Horrible, the bathroom was a complete joke, no shower curtain, the sink was actually IN the shower, which was also extremely close to the toilet, meaning not only did I stumble into the shower area more than once whilst going to wash my hands and it would indeed be possible to have a shower while sitting on the toilet! And then we get to the access issue, while it does state they have no lift, it’s somewhat hidden away and should be clearly displayed in the information for each room. Had I been aware of this I would NEVER have booked it for me and my 83yr old father (To make it worse, we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs) Then when you finally get there, there is a massive gap between the landing and the level where the rooms are ( It’s a good couple of inches higher than a 500ml bottle!) it’s seriously a broken arm or leg just waiting to happen…

The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

The Wi-Fi in the room is too bad. Constantly got kick offline. And the pillows are too flat. Had to layer two together to sleep. If you want to find a hotel for a couple two days it would be fine. But if you plan to stay for longer, wouldn’t recommend it that much.

I booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.

I got a single room for 3 nights in Copenhagen. It's in a quiet area easy to get the metro around the city. Most of the staff were nice enough without being that friendly, especially the older lady she should lighten up. The breakfast is ok although should have some more choices like bacon, sausage and eggs. There is laundry which was handy. It's definitely not a social hostel unlike acouple of others I visited to meet friends I met. But the wifi and room and good price make it a pretty good choice. 3 check in and 10 check out abit harsh I think.

Located beside Field's shipping centre, convenient to get food and sundries. My room was on the 10th floor on a Saturday night, guests on lower levels were very noisy till the wee hours of the morning. There was a stench in the corridor on the 10th. A couple of front desk staff attitude was so cold and no smiles. Made me doubt at first sight whether I have made a wrong choice of hotel. Fortunately, there were others who were helpful and kind...sets the balance though. Would only stay there again should there be no other choices.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Very well located for an early flight out of Cph. Friendly and spacious when you enter. Nice staff (the ”manager” could learn some of his staff he didn't have his best day (i hope) Nice part of town with places to eat (I recommend Cafe Le Perr right next to the hotel - se picture) and by stuff. Cool that the breakfast is served from 5:30.. and it WAS!! (and was well tasting). I was very surprised of the friendly hotel, and will be staying there next time i'm flying out of Cph on odd times
