Holes where a headboard should be. Missing panel in the dresser. Spiderwebs in the bathroom with live sizable spider in it.Multiple holes in the bedspread.Warped door in which I could see outside around its perimeter. Ongoing musky fragrance to the room.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! i booked a room with my boyfriend and he woke up at 1AM telling me to get up he was getting bitten by lots of bedbugs we told the lady manager and she blamed us and did not want to give a refund and refused to get the owner and we had to wait till 8AM to even talk to her she was very upset and disrespectful telling my boyfriend to leave the office got no sleep and no refund this was a horrible experience.

I understand that Windham has recently bought this property. It shows signs that improvements are being made, but at the present it leaves a lot to be desired.. Our room had no clothes hanger rod, the shower rod was a disgusting rusted mess, and the bed squeaked like an old iron box spring. One of the rooms was filthy.
