Location was good but rooms left much to be desired. We booked two rooms, and both were not very clean. Our bathroom door was busted, our lamp shades looked like they had mold, curtains had holes and the walls, carpets & bed skirts had stains. One of the rooms had even more stains, a urine smell and the door didn’t even close all the way unless you shoved your body into it. When we brought up the urine issue they just handed us cleaner to deal with ourselves and said no other rooms were available. We also had multiple issues with our room keys no longer working which I’ve never experienced at a hotel, the worker told us it was due to our phones and car keys but we didn’t have our keys with those items. I’d say at least it was cheap but definitely not cheap enough for the condition of the rooms.

Hotel in general was unkept, carpets full of stains. We tried to leave after our first night ( asking for a refund of the rest of our stay) when we realized the AC unit in our room was leaking causing the carpet to be wet and the room to stink. Front desk on Tuesday morning claimed they didn’t have a number to anyone in charge. Choice Hotels customer service was also no help. The only person during this stay that was helpful was LaDora. Stay away from this hotel and Choice Hotel brand since as a customer you have NO recourse for unclean, run down hotels.

Room was clean, had a good bed, and was in overall good condition. It is a Quality Inn, so it represents fairly basic accommodations, but it was pretty quiet, and it feels safe. There is only a minimal breakfast, no eggs or sausage (which are provided by similar nearby hotels) and the waffle maker was broken.

The room was very clean something that is very important to me ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet atmosphere. The hot tub was big it was perfect for me and my boyfriend. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. If you ask for something they are happy to help.

Bed was nice and comfy staff was nice and pool was great we had my daughter's birthday party there and it turned out great we all had a blast and every thing was as expected thank u so much ❤️ we will be coming back soon and I wasn't rushed out for checkout time it was nice

Very clean hotel with upgrades in dining area and rooms. Great place to stay Very friendly and professional staff. Always stay here and will continue. Plus, Culver's is next door. Great location next to highway and close to everything in Michigan City.

Tabitha at the front desk was lovely, and you can tell she cares a lot about the hotel and her guests' experience. Our room was recently updated and super clean - perfect for our quick one night stay in Michigan City.

The outside of the facility tells the story - dated and run down. The staff was great, though, and are keeping it clean. But needs more work to be worth thr price. Lots of little issues - with the bathtub, damage to the walls, etc.

I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not as expected. I thought there would be some protein....hard boiled eggs or a Breakfast meat. The waffles were impressive actually. I would definitely stay here again if I were in that area again. The staff for the night and morning crew were all very welcoming and helpful.
