I had to pay twice because I booked through trip.com and accidentally booked the wrong night. The representative spoke with the hotel manager who then gave permission to cancel the reservation. After days dealing with the trip.com representative, I came to the conclusion that I was never going to get a refund. What a rip off. I will never us that app again.

Great place to rest for the night. Conveniently located. People were generous, kind, and helpful. Clean room and quiet location. Pet friendly. Nice breakfast selections and good coffee to start the day! Would definitely stay again in the safe and secure hotel. Price was fantastic!

This hotel fit the bill for a stay during a soccer tournament. The standard room with 2 queen beds was huge! Clean and comfy beds and pillows. Pull-out sofa (that we did not pull-out). Breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, assorted breads and muffins, cereal bars, etc. Outdoor pool was closed for the season. Standard check-out is 12pm which was great since we had a later soccer game that day. Very accommodating for early check-in. Staff was nice and courteous.

Called the Front Desk 3 times to get information on check in times. Someone Hung up on me 3 times by picking up and then hung it back up 3 times YOUR OUT! I'm planning a 7 day stay at over $1,000.00 and they hung up on me? I will take my money and go elsewhere. If a 7-day stay is not worth of answering the phone, then give me a reason to give you another chance.

Really nice hotel with spacious rooms with all the amenities and comfortable bed . Girl at check-in very friendly and welcoming. Full hot breakfast. All would be great if it weren’t for the really dirty floor. Within minutes my white socks were black. Housekeeping needs to step it up and actually wash the floors.

As others have said, there was a musty smell in the hotel itself and our room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom seemed not to work. Other than that, everything seemed clean, the room as comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had several options.
