Standard, slightly less than average HGI. As a Diamond, I see a lot of HGI's, and this property was ok, but nothing stood out. The room was fine, you want an odd number to be on the retail side, not the interstate side. The fitness center is very small, and they do not have the newer equipment with tv's. Also the weights are not complete, big gaps. The breakfast was fine, service was a bit slow but the quality was fine and the F&B allowance covers the meal. The good part is this is in a retail area, and there are multiple dining (sorry chains) options literally attached to the parking lot or a block or two away. Easy off/on the interstate, would stay here again if in area.

Avoid at all costs. While still priced the same as newer Hilton Gardens, this Hilton Garden Inn is absolutely inferior in every way. It is so outdated and disgusting while employees have ZERO customer focus. The new GM is on a power trip (because of her promotion from an assistant GM at a Little Rock property to the GM in Conway). She is extremely rude and condescending to guests. Corporate attempted to assist me, but there is only so much they can do when these are franchises. No one washed sheets, blankets, or duvet comforters during an unusual subzero week plus of winter weather. We nearly froze to death as the heat only worked sporadically in our room, yet no one offered to work on it or move us We were daily told “no one had washed anything yet” to get covers, sheets, towels etc. No breakfast is offered at this property unless you pay extra as well! Truly, the cleanliness level is frightening and dangerously bad at this property. We repeatedly watched housekeepers throw the duvet WITH the bedspread attached and the pillows on the floor while cleaning rooms as we walked down the hall. Likely how we got a terrible flu type virus while staying at this property! Very unsanitary conditions! Please stay elsewhere!

We held our company Christmas Party here last week and had a wonderful time! Michelle, Matt, Dominique, Alec, and Debbie were so helpful and made the whole process easy. The room was we used was set up well, everything was perfect! The entire staff was friendly and kind to all of us and we will use them in the future! Thank you all!

Room was not fully serviced (clean sheet, towels, etc) when requested. Room was made the following day but not with clean sheets. Was also overcharged and am having trouble getting the credit back. I recommend getting any billing issues resolved before leaving the hotel as it has been time consuming trying to get the overcharge refunded. I had to submit a dispute charge to my own credit card. Very disappointed with this Hilton Garden Inn!!

Our organization held a three day conference at the Conway Hilton Garden Inn. It was a great facility for our group and the staff, especially Robert, Taylor, and Cecile, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one and we had everything we needed.

The external view of the hotel is deceptively different from the rooms. The lobby is beautifully decorated and smelled of an upscale boutique hotel. However, as soon as you walk to the elevators, it evident that this is an outdated hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk told me that she was fairly new….. I guess that was a disclaimer for “if something goes wrong, it’s not my fault.”. The bathroom in that room had visible mold on the wall. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall and it felt dirty. I asked for another room and was given one with less wallpaper peeling and less mold on the wall. I should’ve left but it was late and after an 8 hour drive, my family was irritable and ready for bed. Was there an “I’m sorry, what can I do to make this better?” No. Fast forward to the next morning; my family was out by 7:30 for a softball game. We came back around 4pm only to find towels in the bathroom floor and unmade beds. I called the front desk and was told by the same girl who checked me in the night before, that housekeeping had to be requested. Keep in mind that this lady did not tell me that because i would have requested it or not have thrown out dirty towels in the floor. I got four sets of towels from the front desk and was asked to put my dirty towels in a bag and bring them back downstairs…. in which my reply was “no.” I would not stay at this hotel again. It wasn’t horrible but I was underwhelmed. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It’s in the middle of everything and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Checkin was easy, our room was clean and quiet, staff were friendly, and checkout through my app was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel is close to several nearby restaurants and shops, but still easy to get in and out of with a nearby traffic light. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Conway overnight.

Excellent food and service, there almost was something fresh that was available every time I was in the lobby. Room was spotless. The pillows were comfortable, the beds were clean, floors were clean and shower and water pressure were awesome!

This is a very nice place. Housekeeper Jackie was especially hospitable and welcome. Very clean. Very nice staff. Breakfast was great. We also like the fact that there is an actual hook over the closet instead of a do not hook sign on the emergency sprinkler!
