My room was in need of care and renovations! It was very dirty and worn. The front desk staff, though nice, were often frazzled. There was almost always a line at the front desk. In my opinion, I think the management could do a far better job of making this a cleaner, more efficient, and better operation. Compared to other Home2’s I’ve stayed in, this was the worst experience. I would not stay there again.

We’ve stayed here before when visiting family. We like the location and staff are friendly. This time the sheets, pillow cases and all of the pillows were dingy and flat. The quality of bedding is crucial to give a hotel a good grade and to qualify as a Hilton property in good standing.

2.5 stars would have been my choice. Not a very good hotel. Check in staff was great, outside of that, not great. Seems like half the hotel is out of service. Room was a bit dirty with the bathroom floor having random pieces of stuff/ dirt on the tile, random wash cloth on the top of the shower rail, bed wasn’t made very well, the fridge was slapped with an out of service sign, garbage disposal didn’t work and sink backed up with only water running, thermostat is broken and they only let you take the temp down to 68. Just a shotty hotel all together. Would not stay here again.

Thos hotel should not be under Hilton. The hotel had no hot tub the indoor pool was so cold you couldn't swim. No room to sit around with friends and visit. We were with a large party and had 10 rooms. Our room was very small and dirty. It had mold, mildew, and pink scum and algae on the shower door and floor. Dried urine all around the toilet and dried spilled dark something next to cabinets on the floor. The room was not clean. The exhaust vents were dirty and clogged with dust.

We stayed overnight here April 7 to 8 in order to experience the total solar eclipse in Conway Arkansas. The reception was friendly, got a nice room (typical of Home2Suites). Clean and comfortable. Breakfast really good with a lot of choices including fresh fruit. We set up chairs and watched totality in the parking lot. Awesome experience.

Our experience at this “Hilton” property was disgusting. From the 2 different rooms we were placed in to the uneducated, disrespectful front desk manager they have on staff Sharee. The pictures speak for themselves the rooms are pure filth. All I simply wanted was a refund after not being able to shower when we woke up due to NO hot water on top of everything else wrong with the room. I let the women at the front desk know I would like for the general manager to please give me a call. He never did. When I called a few days after we checked out, Sharee claimed she was the general manager I told her I was previously told Matt was the GM for that location. The women then told me she was actually the front desk manager but could handle anything that Matt could handle and rudely said “so what’s your problem” I told her to give the general manager the message to please give me a call that’s who I needed to discuss my issue with and she told me all messages have to go threw her first then proceeded to use horrible language. I ended up hanging up and calling the corporate for Hilton and sent the pictures and told them about Sharee they were very apologetic and sent me a refund check immediately. Sharee and the rooms were both nothing but a disgrace to be associated with a Hilton property. DISGUSTING PROPERTY and “FRONT DESK MANAGER”

I will never stay at this hotel again. Some of the staff are rude and aggressive. Security locks do not work and haven't for at least a couple months to my personal knowledge. As a woman traveling alone, this makes it very uncomfortable to return to the hotel at dark on a secluded end of the hotel. There are a few acceptable breakfast items, but bread items to toast were so stale they were inedible. Personally used both treadmills in the exercise room and they are both so bad as to be unsafe in a speed above a fast walk. Stay was overall very uncomfortable. I have stayed here many times over the past few years. Don't understand what their problem is, but it has gone down in every way in the past couple years. Don't bother complaining to hotel staff about anything. Most of the staff doesn't care. There are much better, and cheaper, options in Conway.

The staff initial told me that I could have a late check-out at 2PM, however when I returned to the hotel at 1PM I was asked if I had extended my stay and if not, I would be charged $15 for extending my check-out. I reminded the staff that I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have never been charged for a late check-out. I asked why I was charged but not told this would be the case at breakfast when I requested this accommodation at 9AM, the staff told me that her manager made her charge me. This is unacceptable. They further called the room two times after we went to the room to pack, this was to call and ask when we were leaving. This was just harassing after I was already being charged for something that I expected to be provided at no fee.

Room dirty- used item on nightstand, top of fridge dirty items on it No Wi-fi in room, wouldn't connect Noisy-insulation poor, could hear everything on floor Requested items by phone and in person, but not delivered to room. Spoke with manager too but was not resolved. Breakfast hours only to 9, not 10 like most hotels Spoke with manager in person, and later on phone, both were very unprofessional. Would NOT stay there again! Been to many other Hiltons and had great experiences!
