The staff is the best! Super kind and professional, they took care of me and my family so well. The hotel is just amazing, all rooms are good clean The food in the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, drinks were amazing too I really enjoyed my stay there and I will return every time that I visit Peru

Encantada con la ubicación y diseño del Hotel. Cómodas habitaciones. El recibimiento fue muy bueno con unos riquísimos traguitos de bienvenida. Lo que si aconsejaría es que los precios de los platos y bebidas no sean tan altos ya que el costo del hospedaje en sí lo es. Podrían tener mas variedad de postres. Me gustó que tengan movilidad para la salida del hotel. El desayuno buffet fue A1. Los colaboradores del hotel muy amables. En general el hotel es muy bueno. Tiene lo que estaba buscando, un lugar bonito y con la tranquilidad necesaria para pasar unos dias de relax.

Es un gran hotel para ir con la familia. Perfecto si tienes hijos pequeños. La piscina es divertida, la zona de la playa es segura, hay juegos para niños, la comida es variada y hay comida incluso para bebés. El personal es muy amable, la comida es deliciosa y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La cama es confortable y todos se esfuerzan para que la estadía sea super buena. Es la segunda vez que visitamos el hotel y está más bonito, definitivamente siempre volveremos!

Es un lugar muy agradable y sigan asi como siguen esforzándose por hacer felices a los huéspedes. Son muy amables y corteses. El lugar es muy limpio. La atención a las habitaciones es excelente. Los mozos muy serviciales y atentos. Sin duda voy a volver. Gracias por todo!

La estadía fue muy agradable. La habitación cómoda, con vista al mar, se pudo ver ballenas desde ahí, muy cómodo. El personal muy amable y servicial en especial el sr. Luis de náutica y Juan Carlos Pazos, fueron de mucho apoyo para nuestra estadía. Mi esposo tiene discapacidad motora y tuvo la ayuda del personal en todo momento. Muy agradecidos. Sugiero poder tener en los baños más barras de seguridad.

Súper cama, almohadas cómodisimas, el diseño del cuarto en general, hermoso, nos encantó mucho. Las áreas comunes bellísimas, y lo mejor de todo eran las visitas de los zorritos tan tiernos y bellos, la atracción más importante a mi parecer

Resort de playa excelente y exclusivo en el norte del Perú. Realmente impecable el servicio del personal y su atención a cada detalle. Nos alojamos en una suite deluxe en el 1er piso y tanto la comodidad de la suite y su equipamiento estuvo a la altura. Una vista al mar increíble. Un relax total. La comida fabulosa y yo soy bien especial, así que confíen cuando digo que fue fabulosa. Cabe destacar la atención del personal que fue de muy muy alta calidad. Junior en el bar de la piscina y Alberto en el bar del salón principal fue A1. Además, la atención de Javier en Room service y restaurante con toda amabilidad y eficiencia. Nelson en el desayuno y Juligno en el comedor nos atendieron súper súper bien. Tantos otros q no recuerdo… siempre con sonrisa y prontitud. Regresaremos!

La piscina nueva esta increible, hemos pasado 5 dias muy lindos con una comida y tragos espectaculares. Muy recomendable para parejas , amigos y para ir en familia. La atención de todos es muy amable desde el minuto que uno llega al hotel. Volvere!!
