El Aseo es baños cerca del restaurante no estaban muy limpios Las escaleras para el segundo piso del bloque 23 estaban sucias cuando llegamos El resto, muy buena atencion, amabilidad variedad en comida, las personas del restaurante muy atentas

Buena atención, personal atento y muy educado. excelente buffet, buena infraestructura tanto en jardines, piscinas, gimnasio, pabellones de dormitorios, limpios y se nota buen mantenimiento y seguridad en general. Wifi y TV bien. Sugiero: 1- Mejorar las duchas de los SS HH de los dormitorios. A la hora de lavarse uno los pies, no hay de donde sujetarse. Puede originar un resbalón y lesiones en el cliente, que pueden ser graves. Instalar por ejemplo una jabonera con manija en cada ducha. 2- Reparar los enchufes, la mayoría están flojos o desgastados, al coloca ejemplo el cargador del celular, se resbala y cae 3- Colocar una luz o lampara cerca al espejo del dormitorio, las damas la necesitamos para peinarnos y maquillarnos. 4- Hay un monopolio comercial en el pabellón principal (junto al lobby). Mejor sería instalar por lo menos 3 o mas puestos de comercios, para que haya competencia y mas variedad de productos. La única tienda que existe alli, tiene variedad muy limitada, además de precios exorbitantes (doble p triple de lo que cuestan en Lima) y la única encargada parece estar muy ocupada, Me parece que hace años había mejores puestos de comercio y mejor atención allí.

Los restaurantes a la carta son muy malos. No valen la pena. Se ofrecen como una experiencia más exclusiva que el buffet pero mejor no hacer ni el esfuerzo de reservar porque fuimos al de comida marina y a mi mamá le sirvieron arroz y pescados fríos insípidos. Yo pedí el risotto de mariscos y fue una ofensa al paladar… o quizás un chiste. El chef del buffet de los días de semana no conoce ni la sal. Los rescatable los desayunos y el buffet del fin de semana. Se nota que es otro chef (y además me lo dijeron).

Las habitaciones VIP no tienen mantenimiento adecuado y la comida en los restaurantes podría mejorar. Somos un país con buenos cocineros? Por qué no los tienen en su hotel? Las instalaciones comunes son bonitas buena infraestructura pero un poco de música suave en la zona VIP no estaría mal.

De los pocos all inclusive que jamás recomendaría, decía que había 5 restaurantes y oh sorpresa solo 1 y maltrecho, segundo punto negativo, tienen un baño de quinta, cortinas ni que decir, puerta de entrada que se cae a pedazos, si uno quiere entretenimiento hasta para jugar ping pong no puedes en muchos horarios, es decir esperar horas por la única mesa del hotel, y era lo único que esperaba, ya que la discoteca la abrían a las 11 pm, la lógica ni idea, la comida deja mucho que desear, ahora si hablamos de bebidas son remalas, bueno en conclusión nunca califique algo tan mal y lo peor en mi país, NO VAYAN

Deberían tener mayor cuidado con la limpieza de las habitaciones principalmente con sábanas y cubrecamas, así como con los implementos por ejemplo las cortinas estaban en mal estado, el mantenimiento del baño no fue el óptimo, había problemas a la hora que el agua pase en el retrete.

El hotel muy bonito, ordenado y cuidado, Un excelente servicio en los restaurantes y los stands de los bares. En la playa y piscina por Cristian Correa muy eficiente. :) siempre atento y cortez a tus pedidos. Puedo recomendar el lugar para que sea visitado.
