Hidden gem in Condado Beach area of San Juan. Very clean! Right on the beach! Friendly staff! Cute bar/beach club area (with amazing drinks). Fun Drag Brunch on Sundays! Super comfy bed. Perfect for couples. I will definitely return to this property again

Loved my stay! Only thing that would be nice since many tourists are there from the states is to have another option to the Puerto Rican coffee. It's definitely not pleasing to stateside visitors. Other hotels I've stayed in Condado offer to options. American Style and Puerto Rican. Everything else was wonderful!

Went to this hotel this morning to enjoy breakfast like had on Sunday morning (Very Good) while charging my phone and waiting in the lobby A Gentlemen Named “Melvin” hotel staff member (refused to give me his last name ) said to me in a very arrogant manner that I could not sit down n the lobby area that’s was completely empty bc I was not a guest at the hotel. Mind you that I’m waiting for a friend to have breakfast. I proceeded to the bar area to order some breakfast bc apparently you can be on the property if your not consuming I ordered breakfast. Feeling completely humiliated and uncomfortable about the Melvin’s additude and approach towards me I ask the bar tender what the gentleman last name. Melvin noticed I pointed to him and proceeded to walk over to me and say we have you in observación if I don’t like what I see I will kick you off the property. I felt completely disgusted/ and humbled by the way Melvin spoke to me that is not how you treat a paying customer. Management needs to do better there are ways to communicate a message or policy without being rude and be littling another human being.

Second time staying here. First time was excellent. Secind time, last night, the toilet was lose and the bathroom window was covered with plastic. It was super hot/humidand we heard the noise from the construction. I tried to get another room but I was told there wasnt. Went back to the room and the shower went from cold to hot. No happy median. Was not very happy with my stay and would like some sort of discount.

The check-in /check-out process was very smooth and easy. Super friendly staff! Breakfast and drinks were delicious. The Sunday event when we arrived kept us very entertained during the rain, and we even got complimentary drinks at the bar. Would definitely book again!!!!

Got home a few days ago and already looking to go back! Close to the airport, check in and communication was great. Rooms were always clean-they even swept the sand. Beds were comfy, bar and local restaurants were all within a short walk around the corner.

This is my second time saying here. I absolutely love this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful . Dominique is amazing. We had an issue with hot water and air. Both issues were handled immensely. The location is perfect for activities in Old San Juan and Carolina area.
