Poor service, at reception little availability to resolve requests.
Restaurant for dinner at night almost impossible, since they have a buffet for the general public and guests are left without the possibility

El personal la mayoría amable y el lugar se acomoda al precio y calidad que tiene. Exceptuando a mi salida, la recepcionista Javiera Salazar fue súper mal educada, cuando llegué al mostrador no me di cuenta que estaba atendiendo a un niño y le hablé para hacer el checkout y me dice con muy mala actitud “le dije que estoy atendiendo” al niño. A lo que le respondí sorry no me di cuenta, pero no es para que me hables de esa forma. Fue todo bueno hasta la salida, si van a poner personas a atender clientes, deberían elegir perfiles educados y más amables, ya que finalmente estas pagando por un servicio.
