Très chouette expérience. La chambre était spacieuse , quelques détails à améliorer comme la fixation du sèche serviette et le chauffage un peu juste mais sinon très bon confort. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant et la thalasso est très agréable . Mention spéciale à Virginie qui m’a fait un massage incroyable. Petit déjeuner très bien . Un énorme point d’amélioration par contre , impossible de joindre par téléphone la réception, la thalasso ou le restaurant .

L’établissement est vieillissant et mériterait une cure de jouvence.
L’accueil était bien, sans plus. Certes nous n’avons pas réservé de sessions de SPA ou de Thalasso mais nous avons jugé le personnel un peu froid.
Quant à la chambre en elle-même, elle sentait le renfermé, raison pour laquelle je conseille un rajeunissement de l’hébergement.
Je ne jugerai pas le restaurant ni les soins, n’en n’ayant pas réservé.

Amazing stay, very comfy and spa is fab. WiFi not brilliant even though it shows good connection on my phone, it doesn't load well at all and I ended giving up. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice including scrambled eggs bacon and sausages. Will definitely be back

Nous avons passé deux nuits superbes à l'hôtel du Thalasso Resort. Ce n'est pas le genre d'hôtel que nous fréquentons habituellement, car trop cher pour nos budgets, mais nous avons été très bien accueillis même si nous étions plus modestes que le reste de la clientèle. La chambre était parfaite, très propre et tout le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux. L'espace bien-être est un vrai petit bonheur !

Deuxième année consécutive où nous allons dans cette thalasso et à l’hotel . Le retour est extrêmement positif, Le personnel du restaurant , de menage Les techniciennes qui s’occupent de nos soins en thalasso Le personnel de l’accueil hôtel et thalasso, … Professionnalisme. Gentillesse. Empathie, sourire et un accueil. VIP! Les soins sont sur mesure, le personnel est très à l’écoute de nos demandes. Ayant un régime spécifique, le chef à concocter des plats absolument divins. Je ne peux que recommander cette petite thalasso qui est familial, c’est un vrai bonheur! Sans compter le cadre qui est absolument magnifique, la thalasso est très belle en face, vous avez une belle plage, etc. MERCI! Le seul petit bémol, c’est la clim dans les chambres qui ne marche pratiquement pas c’est compliqué quand il commence à faire chaud.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but also nothing that would motivate me to come back. Clean room, good parking, ok breakfast, friendly reception. But we felt the hotel has no “heart”, the interior design is awful (matter of taste obviously) and our room smelled strongly of carpets.
