Hermoso pero… No tienen buen servicio. La limpieza de los cuartos es muy tardada. Los traslados son muy tardados. Falta climatización en áreas. Demasiado calor en las áreas que definitivamente no son para niños, como el desayunador. Hay lugares dañados que están en construcción y eso no da buen aspecto. El Concierge privado tarda demasiado en responder. En general bien, pero demasiado costoso para el servicio que se ofrece. Sus precios son demasiado elevados para sus comidas y servicios. No lo recomendaría para familias. No cuentan con servicio de farmacia, sí médico pero no medicamentos y como padres sería excelente que lo tuvieran.

El staff es muy amable, se desviven por atender a los huespedes siempre con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones, las almohadas, la cama y el jabon en medio la selva son de verdad de otro mundo. Los precios de la comida muy muy caros y la verdad bastante equis se quedan cortos, en todos los restaurantes, muy pretenciosos los precios en alimentos y bebidas y dejan mucho que desear. Dicen que antes estaba mucho mejor. Tienen que atender esa parte por que vas a ese lugar a estar en el hotel y si quieres cobrar bien tienes que servir muy bien. El SPA me atreveria a decir que uno de los mejores que he ido. Buenisimo para desconectar, reconectar y conectar con la naturaleza todo esto en medio de la selva. Ojo con los coatis estan por todos lados, no hacen nada pero si dejas tu cuarto abierto y con comida olvidate la fiesta que hacen con tus cosas. Regresaria mil veces si hacen algo con la comida y los precios de lo que estan ofreciendo. No esta a la altura de la Marca y el perfil del hotel.

Absolutely incredible experience at the One & Only Mandarina! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the location. Nestled within the lush jungle overlooking the ocean, it feels like stepping into a private paradise. We stayed in one of the Treetop Villas, which was absolutely breathtaking. The design is stunning, blending luxury with nature, and the views were spectacular from every angle. The guest assistants were exceptionally attentive and warm, making every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. Every detail, from restaurant reservations to personalized excursions, was handled with such care. Their kindness and attention to detail really elevated our experience. This resort is truly one-of-a-kind and worth every moment. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next visit. A five-star stay that’s worth every bit of the hype—highly recommended!

I won’t forget this trip and neither will my new fiancé. I was trying to decide where to propose and I decided our balcony was the most beautiful spot.. I don’t think I could have imagined a better view of the ocean and surrounding jungle.. as the sun was setting.. it was picturesque
