I learned the hard way that it was possible to be downgraded; the room did not match the description at the time of booking, but the one in the lower range. Even if the damage is minimal, the hotel management does not care, even though it is still a case of imperfect execution of the contract (Article 1217 of the Civil Code). That was without taking into account the smell of mold in the bathroom and the noise from the pipes in the adjacent rooms..."
