Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is just fantastic and the suite was so beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are no dining options in the building itself but plenty of excellent restaurants right outside the door spoil you for choice. V short walk to the lake. We will definitely be back!

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Property’s rooms are very beautifully decorated. Location is great, right in the middle of the restaurants and shopping areas. However you don’t get the experience of staying at a hotel with concierge. Also in summer time you want a real hotel with pool and areas to cool off. But this hotel is very small and limited.

Great property location and very modern rooms. I especially loved the ambient faux fireplace! The only issue I had was with the shower. The rainfall shower head flooded the floor partially and the water took way too long to heat up. I could only use the detachable shower head.

Beautifully decorated rooms, but way way way to dark for my liking. I love light especially if the room is so well furnished so one can enjoy being in there. The lighting was dim and we had to turn down the first room because it was gloomy and too dark. The 2nd room was a lot better but still not very well lit. It's a small boutique hotel so no dining on site/ no room service but there is a restaurant right in front of the door to the entrance so that solves that. The hotel is a bit tricky to find as you don't really see the sign and the door is a bit hidden. The bathroom is excellent!! 5*! Loved the shower very much. Great location as it is right in the middle of the action, many restaurants nearby and the lake is 2-4 mins away. Oh the rooms are not quiet, I could hear the people above us as they seemed to be stomping around.

Gorgeous property, very central, located in the city right in front of Piazza del Duomo. No amenities but a walking distance from everywhere from breakfast, lunch, dinner, bars, cafes, and endless shops. Amazing view facing the Como cathedral. We love the room's contemporary design, unique and modern but fresh and newly revamped from original details, probably not for families with small children.
