Spacious apartment, very clean and with all the necessary amenities for a few days of rest. It is very comfortable and is very well located.

Checking is easy, the apartment has every detail. It is very close to the town.

Apartamento pequeño, con un baño bastante antiguo que necesita una reforma. Admiten mascotas, eso si, si su perro ladra(cosa que no es descabellado que ocurra) lo envían a dormir al automóvil (vease normas que existen en el apartamento), eso si, cuando aplican el suplemento por mascota en la reserva no advierten nada de eso.... Si tienen mascota no les recomiendo esta cadena después de nuestra experiencia. Otro tema a mejorar es la devolución de la fianza que te cobran al llegar, incumpliendo una vez más y devolviéndola mas tarde de la salida. En fin, resumiendo, buena situación a 10 minutos de la playa y del centro de Comillas pero por lo demás dejó bastante que desear.

Nos a sorprendido mucho cogimos apartamento para 7 nos daba miedo un poco de cómo sería si estaríamos bien agusto con estación y si la verdad que nos soprendio. Estuvimos todos como en casa!!!! Vinimos Con un bebe y genial . Limpieza 10 atención 10 todo muy bien y perfecto la verdad un lugar para próximas vacaciones. Lo único que pensábamos que la playa iba a estar más cerca … pero está a unos 29 min andando más o menos entonces eso es un poco mal pero vamos que nos vamos muy contentos y nos a gustado mucho un lugar que sin duda recomiendo 100% volveremos !!?

Appartement assez spacieux, avec tout le confort nécessaire, notamment une machine à laver. On peut entendre certains voisins si ceux ci sont bruyants. A noter le petit déjeuner très complet et varié !! Belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la côte et le golf.

The apartment is spacious but very old, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. It has no elevator, no dishwasher, the WiFi is terrible and they only give you a scouring pad, a cloth and a few bars of soap. They don't do the cleaning and the pool is a 10 minute walk away. And all this for €250 a night!!!!!!

It is the second time we have gone after opening in February and we intend to repeat. Check-in and check-out take place at the hotel, within walking distance of the apartments and with very polite and pleasant staff. The basic apartment has a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed and a large terrace, an independent kitchen with a terrace and garden, a bedroom, a room with two beds and a bathroom. It is modern and tastefully decorated, fully equipped with kitchenware and table, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Italian coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, televisions in the living room and bedroom... The part that makes the apartment ugly on the two occasions We have been in the bathroom, with obvious signs of wear on the bathtub and doors, small size and no extractor fan. Attention with the kitchen: there is a switch for the use of microwave/extractor and hot water/heating separately. Everything is perfectly explained in a welcome sheet with important information that they provide you at check-in or leave on display in the dining room. I have read some comments where this point is made clear and it is not an ABBA defect but a security measure regulated by the autonomous community of Cantabria. Please read this information to avoid surprises and unpleasant comments for no reason. The sofa with very soft anti-stain fabric and the beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were short but comfortable, two per person. They only use fitted sheets, pleasant to the touch. The light duvet seemed the same in February and June and we have only seen one light blanket per room. The towels are amazing. The water pressure, great, ten. And the floor is also very comfortable, with rustic tiles and wood in the rooms, very pleasant for those of us who love to go barefoot. To put a but, and in reality it is important: you hear everything. The walls look like paper, doors, steps, use of the bathroom... you can hear the slightest noise from the neighbors. Absolute cleanliness in every corner. Not so present in the kitchenware, I understand that it depends more on the cleanliness of each guest. There is no problem with parking, they have a private one under the apartments but there are free spaces around the street and it is a very large and quiet area, about 5 minutes from the center by car.
