Maspalomas Princess

All in all, it was a very nice place to stay! Our only recommendation for guests would be to pay attention to what kind of ‘stay’ you are buying. Because ‘all inclusive’ is not 100% all inclusive - there are still positions you have to pay for additionally, e.g. premium alcoholic beverages, a cab to the beach, etc. However, the stay at Maspalomas Princess was very nice and we recommend this place!

Where do I start waited a hour to check in. Only have one restaurant queued every night to get in .. The food is always cold . We were here for Christmas the gala meal was tasteless. I complained .. none of the staff rearly spoke English… No way is this a five star.. I do not recommend this hotel …

It was a huge surprise to get a suite instead of a standard room, which I had booked. My suite and all the service including was just excellent. I did like the whole resort very much. Also visited a spa with a salt room, saunas and jacuzzi . It was very enjyable.

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel. It was very busy and was impressed at how hard the staff worked to keep everyone happy. I enjoyed the food, I’m vegetarian and although there was lots of meat and fish there was plenty of choice for me. The only issue I found in the restaurant is some guests don’t say thank you to staff members when getting food, also pushing in or not considering others. Also ones who lack good hygiene. I didn’t eat any bread whilst staying as saw people handling the bread with their hands to cut it. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping team very pleasant and always smiling. They always did a fantasic job at cleaning our rooms daily. It was my daughters 14th birthday during our stay and the hotel staff and guests all helped make her day special. The pool areas were kept really clean, and there were plenty of sun beds available. Yes the pools are cold, but once you’re brave enough to go in it’s fine. It’s great for your circulation and shows strength. I found the first day to be the coldest, but as o got used to it, it was find. Loved the gym, loved the fitness classes Yes there were a few grumpy hotel team stuff, but most were really cheerful and helpful. I think the grumpy ones were just worn out from long hard hours working. The team at the Princess all have to work really hard looking after a lot of people, they do a really good job. Special thanks go to Frank who works in the bar. He’s always cheerful and goes the extra mile to make all customers feel special All of the entertainment team are really nice but best of all is Denise. She is really friendly, helpful and always gives guests time. She is always smiling and remembers everyone’s name which found very suprising as she must talk to so many people daily Thank you to all of the Princess Hotel Team
