Beautiful hotel, big outside pools, lush greenery, peace on the adult side, fun on the kids side, outdoor bars. Heated pools could be a little warmer, it was a big difference beetwen outside temperature and water temp. Modern inside, big rooms, excellent food, friendly staff. We love it!

Lovely staff and lovely food, lots of choice , the two additional restaurants were nice to have a break from the main buffet but the main restaurants was so very , very clean. It was immaculate in there. By the pools we always got a sunbed and the weather was glorious for Feb half term. decent size bedroom for me and my two sons. A really clean ,well maintained hotel. Reception staff excellent and the bar staff were friendly and the various bars clean and well stocked, never queued for more than a couple of minutes. Was worth paying for the upgrade for premium plus on our last day to enjoy Havana Club rum and Baileys !! We would go again. Shout out to Karim one of the cleaning services young lads he was such a happy , chatty , young man , working so hard clearing tables all night long, he was so friendly and fun with my two boys, a credit to your hotel, he deserves a promotion what a smashing young man, he must make his mum very proud with his positive outlook on life.

Lovely hotel, food drinks very nice. Plenty of machines for tea and coffee which is nice. Lots of seating areas, entertainment excellent every night except Monday. H20 Adults bar very nice with seating and sunbeds but gets busy for beds. Two themed restaurants are nice one Italian and Asian was our favourite.

Superbe hotel. Du 12 au 22 fevrier 2025. 2 couples d'amis. Personnel sympathique. Temperature 20 a 25 C de 10h a 17h. Nuit 17 C. Nourriture tres variées. Seul petit bemol il faudrait chauffer toutes les piscines mais les bassins sont tres jolis Je recommande.

We loved the entire experience, due to the warm welcome and the accommodations. We loved the spa, which was very affordable. The food was great and thanks to the all in experience we could enjoy some excursions and when we returned still enjoy some great food.

the hotel it’s amazing and the animacion team its very good but specially Lara she do the best aquagym and she is so kind i really love this vacation i will come back for sure ! and the shows are amazing i really love to see all. and lola and jj are so good too !

Beautiful hotel with lots of palm trees and nicely presented pool areas. The interior is also really stylish and modern. We stayed in a junior suite with garden which was ideal as was very close to the aqua park - although it can be quite noisy due to proximity to the entertainment stage. The room was large and clean but a bit dated and signs of wear and tear beginning to show - although this did not affect our enjoyment . It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, especially for parents of young children up at the crack of dawn ! Food was good but the buffet area is enormous, noisy and quite overwhelming. We preferred to eat breakfast in the Italian restaurant and enjoyed our evening meals in the Italian and Asian restaurants . This issue alone would prevent us returning as our little one struggled to eat due to all the noise and distractions . Couldn’t really comment on the entertainment but would suggest the mini disco is brought forward at least 30 mins so that more little ones could enjoy ! Location was fine - only a 20 mins walk to the beach, ideal for a morning run. Gym was decent although air con would be welcome. Spa was nice and pretty cheap for a 90 mins circuit at 10 euro. Only other gripe would be the cocktails from the machine were terrible. Truly not worth bothering with and this should be addressed . Beer and sparkling wine were good. All in all a good hotel with some room for improvement.

Not happy with the gold band , very poor service at pool bar really not good enough The wine on the menu not in stock Staff poor , pool area very dirty Can’t understand at all why the place is so dirty Very poor English from staff In the restaurant down stairs asked staff member for a drink and she told me to go get a cup a fill it up , again staff poor English not understanding the system
