It is simply shameful that a hotel which bears the name of one of Zaragoza's most illustrious painters of all times has been left to such a poor and outdated décor and still charging 4 star rates. Not acceptable on so many levels. This hotel belongs to the same company owning two fabulous 5 star hotels Palafox and Reina Petronila. Hotel Goya is no longer a 4* hotel and should be degraded to a very old 3* star, one in urgent need of a total refurbishment."
