"The hotel is well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, and it's conveniently located with many local shops nearby. The cathedral is also within walking distance. The hotel offers valet parking, which isn't cheap at €27 for 24 hours. When we went to pick up our car, the front desk attendant made a mistake and brought the wrong one, causing a delay of over ten minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, but there was no à la carte option; it was a standard four-star offering. We only stayed one night, and during the day, there was a lot of noise from renovations on the same floor, as shown in picture 3."

You refused any arrangement, testimony of your understanding and your empathy for a loved one between life and death ... Easy for you to resell the room in 10 days and moreover, for the Pentecost weekend..; you will understand our satisfaction (!) for your establishment and difficult to understand that you are still asking us what we think of your hotel: everything is said and today's request, totally inappropriate, for our appreciation when we did not come ... proof that the management of your returns also leaves something to be desired, it does not make us want to know you !!!!"
