酒店不錯 很安靜 適合度假 但是比較偏僻 餐廳餐非常好吃，早餐環境很好，是半自助 我們太趕了 沒好好感受一下 可惜

I had made a reservation 3 months ago. When I arrived at the hotel it was completely closed down and nobody at the property. I had not received any notice of the closure. Fortunately I was able to get a room at the Parador de Antequera, which is a very nice place.

We came here for a new years celebration and were really upset to see that the hotel has really gotten worse since the last year. 1. New year’s dinner. The meal was nice but the atmosphere was boring - really cold in the chapel, no music and no entertainment, but the cherry on top was an absolutely disastrous Dj - he did everything he could NOT TO LET people dance when they wanted to by putting awful tracks and sooooo loud. 2. Poor breakfast - no vegetables, no omelettes, we had to take our own food at the breakfast… 5 star hotel as they claim it… 3. Spa zone is a mess. Banks in the sauna are so worn out that it leaves stains on your bikinis and towels… children damaged their feet in a tub because of broken parts in it… Definitely it was the last time we came here. Such a pity…

El convento más ruidoso que conozco. Estupendo si lo que quieres es ir a la boda de tus amigos con niños maleducados y te apetece echar la borrachera gritando por los pasillos. Hotel ubicado en un campo de golf que nunca existió. Un 5 estrellas ofrece agua de cortesía al entrar y salir; aquí te la ofrecen , claro, a 2’50€ la botella. Fui a pasar un fin de semana de relax de recién casados y nos dieron habitación llena de polvo, sin luz, sin funcionar la ducha bien , ni el jacuzzi, y con dos camas en vez de matrimonio, aspecto que dejamos claro en la reserva. El spa ? El spa es un jacuzzi donde se hacinan los huéspedes porque la piscina está helada, estupendo teniendo en cuenta el maravilloso calor que hace en Antequera en invierno. A las tres de la tarde no es de recibo que no esté la habitación limpia en un cinco estrellas, ni tampoco lo es que a las cuatro el servicio arrastre los muebles; es un convento !!! Teníamos pensión completa y como perdimos uno de los almuerzos sugerimos que nos obsequiaran con una botella de cava. No nos obsequiaron ni una respuesta. Total, que vuelvo a casa con la sensación de haberme estafado 673€ por dos días de un hotel de tres estrellas disfrazado en uno de cinco. Háganselo ver.

Falta mantenimiento, falta personal. El spa está descuidado y sucio . Las habitación que nos tocó, muebles antiguos y el baño le hace falta un repaso . Llegamos a las cuatro de la tarde y aún la habitación no estaba hecha. El enclave y el edificio son una maravilla Es una pena que se deje de esta forma un hotel , el cual tiene muchas posibilidades y podría dar mucho más. Se paga por los servicios de un 5 estrellas, cuando llegan a un cuatro muy muy justos .

Una maravilla de atención. Desayuno buffet y a la carta. Virginia la masajista una maravilla. La atención tanto de recepción como gobernanta de lujo. El spa para no olvidar. La cafetería para cena informal un lujazo. Dos noches inolvidables. El parking estupendo. Ninguna pega a nada. Volveremos otra vez más.

We are a group of eight golfers who go away twice a year and over the years have stayed in many hotels across Spain and Portugal. Our five nights at the Convento La Magdalena was amazing and it is definitely one of the best places we have stayed. It's a little way out of Antequera ( 10 min drive) but because of this it's an incredibly peaceful, quiet area with beautiful scenery everywhere you look. I used to go for a walk each morning and the surrounding area is so peaceful and breathtaking I had to drag myself back for breakfast :-) The breakfast was excellent (with plenty of options) and all the staff I encountered were really lovely, friendly and helpful. We only tried the bar food but this was really tasty and reasonably priced. Thanks Convento La Magdalena. We will be back!

Great location and interesting building let down by some issues. We were given a garden room which unbeknown to us was below the function room in which a party was taking place with heavy metal music blaring all Saturday afternoon and early evening. There were alternative rooms but nobody thought to offer them. The decor could be great but is now tired with damp stains on our bedroom walls and mould and missing mosaic tiles in the swimming pool. The breakfast was good but dinner in the restaurant was not. Some interesting dishes were invariably spoiled by either being too cold or having an inappropriate sauce. I had to repeat dishes as there were not sufficient alternatives for our three night stay. Many of the staff were charming particularly at breakfast whereas others didn't show much interest in our requirements. Possibly being short staffed was the reason although with so few guests in evidence this seems unlikely. We would give the hotel another try as there were some really good points but would probably eat out in future.

Ha sido sin duda la mejor experiencia que hayamos tenido tanto mi chica como yo en un hotel, la paz que se respira es inigualable, la atención de cada uno de sus trabajadores insuperable, anclado en una ubicación espectacular con vistas al Torcal. A destacar a parte de la limpieza y el Spa sobre todo la comida, tanto para las cenas como en el desayuno , una experiencia culinaria que les recomiendo probar al menos una vez en la vida.
