Неплохой отель городского типа в самом центре Колвы.Находится достаточно в шумном месте, рядом автовокзал откуда на автобусе можно добраться до Моргао ( мин 30) .Это интересно тому кому нужен рынок. Сам отель находится в начале длинной торговой улицы с сувенирами,магазинами, алкомаркетами аптеками и ресторанами. Очень неплохой ресторан есть и на первом этаже отеля. На крыше этого отеля бар,где можно посидеть вечером.Номер делюкс на втором этаже , окно и балкон во внутренний двор ( без вида)—хороший ,кровать удобная, сантехника свежая современная.кондиционер и вентилятор в потолке. Вода горячая холодная —все работало. Есть чайник и чайный набор. Сейф. В номере убирали один раз, но потому, что мы просто не поняли , если хотим уборку надо оставить ключи на ресепшн, а без нашего согласия персонал в номер не входил. Убрали отлично. Вообще согласна с другими отзывами —персонал очень дружелюбный , приятный.Из минусов только отсутствие фена и холодильника . Кому как , мне было неудобно. Комаров и мошек в ноябре много,нужен фумигатор, никакой другой живности у нас не было. Завтраки — аутентичная индийская кухня с 3 видами лепёшек. Попробовали один раз ради интереса. Надо взять карточку на ресепшн перед завтраком и идти с ней в ресторан напротив. Море — 5 мин центральный пляж Колвы. Купаться там нельзя очень уж людно, а вот если пройти налево или направо 10 мин по берегу начинаются прекрасные пляжи с шейками и лежаками. Чем дальше идёшь в сторону Беталбатима или Бенаулима тем становиться тише и чище.кому хочется тишины ,уединения и пальм рекомендую селиться там, кому интересна движуха и магазины тогда этот отель отличный вариант. Рекомендую.

Thank you for your welcome. we was enjoyed our holiday. we are satisfied room and comforted. and the receptionist madam are really very co operative ,She is very efficient and friendly, impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Overall, I had a great experience with the LA ben resort; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. room was beautiful, clean, and perfect .The location is just perfect for a walk around the clova beach ." only two suggestions about the room, pls fixed dressing mirror. and door handle in balcony door in out side .

Great location. Room was disappointing. I requested a twin room with ac but on arrival was told ac rooms only had double beds and there were no twin rooms available. I would have liked to have had the twin room over the ac room. Tv sound was broken and tinny, shower had hot water electrical point below the shower head. Shower head constantly dripped so room always had a wet floor. Toilet flush attached to the wall was loose. Balcony door no handle on the outside so could not close it, the door was solid, no window, and this made the room dark. Staff were great, very friendly and nice. Room was clean. Bee was comfortable. Garden restaurant downstairs has very good food.

Positive: the hotel staff is excellent and very helpful. Resort is located very near to the beach. Need improvement: as the design of this resort choosing non-ac room is not good bze air ventilation is not proper. Bed sheet and mattress really need to upgrade as they was quite very old. If you have a 4 wheeler then parking would be a problem for you

I had a good comfortable stay and staffs are very friendly. Food is available at reasonable price. Lawrence sir arranged cab for us and it's very safe for family and females.
