Overall, this Home2 experience was as I expected. That being said, I checked in around 2:45 am. I requested their latest Check-out time. The Night manager confirmed the Manager will have to approve that. 7:15 am. I get a call from the Night manger, telling me 12:30 pm is the best they can do. I said a polite thank you. I spoke directly to the manager during breakfast. I mentioned I got a call at 7:15 am. He confirmed. It did not occur to him, that call was less than four hours after I checked in. No apologies. No acknowledgment of the oversight. Note to this Management. Be cognizant of late check-in patrons and when to contact them.
