Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus East Airport

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The tub looked like it was painted with wall paint .. it was peeling and the tub bottom has some sort of contact paper on it. It was gross. And no matter what we did water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower. Thankfully I bring disinfectant wipes because the doorknobs looked like something dried on it .. and yes that is what I thought it was too. Office chair in the room was filthy and broken. We didn’t use it. Very disappointed the adjourning rooms are only on 2nd floor and no elevator. My wife is disabled and it made it difficult going up and down the stairs, but we had to have adjoining rooms. There was a group of construction workers that had a party in the parking lot grilling food at 10pm with loud music playing until after 3 in the morning.

The parking lot is extra large, free and there are not many cars. Breakfast is pure old taste, bread crumbs, milk, oatmeal. Each room has two super beds and can sleep 2-4 people. The surrounding environment is general, there is only one McDonald's, there are no shops and restaurants. Reasonable price is the key.

The hotel can take guests to the airport for free. The earliest departure is at four in the morning (just make an appointment with the front desk in advance). It is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The room facilities are a bit old but still clean. The reservation showed that breakfast was included, but the front desk informed that breakfast only provided coffee and nothing else. This was inconsistent with the actual situation.

This place is low cost. Remodeling ongoing. If you have many luggages, it might be difficult as there is no elevator available.
