Definitely the worst hotel stay ever! Bathroom wasn’t clean, no food or coffee as advertised in the lobby. Very disappointed that the Marriott website showed this place as open and operational. Front desk told us they were interviewing new food service providers but food was closed!! No coffee. Tried in vain to get the refund we were promised by the hotel.

While the hotel itself was not anything special and in some cases sub par, the staff was phenomenal. Cheyenne took great care of our group and was quick to help with any issues. Tyson tried to make sure that we had the best possible as well. Some issues with the hotel: ants, dead bugs in the rooms, no breakfast, missing gym equipment, dirty conference room, one room key reader was broken and would not open, extremely loud mini fridge, among other problems. It was not the best hotel experience, but the staff did make it a lot better.

My room had no air conditioning - I was told maintenance would look at it but they never showed up ( or were called). My room was over 80 degrees! I also was charged for a water even though those are usually complementary and should have been since I was cooking in the room. (Because the air conditioning was out). I will never stay here again - literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had. And I never got a post stay survey to leave an official review!

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at, which was surprising since my experience with Marriott has been good. My first room wasn’t made up, so I was given another room. After a long day on the road, I was too tired to go down to the front desk to complain about the second room. Although it had theoretically been cleaned, the toilet was dirty, there was hair in the shower, stains on the walls, dust or some kind of powder everywhere. I think there were new sheets on the beds, but I’m not sure.

Don't believe what is on their website. Pool as 3" of water and has been down for a long time. Courtyard out back, seats are in bad shape. Morning coffee has grounds in it every day. Some days, no cups. Washer and Dryer is broken. Changed door locks to my room and left a mess. At times, no one at front desk. Cleaning crew quit twice while during my stay. Hot water at times is just warm. Billing was a mess. Only good thing, staff was polite.

From the website: Start your morning with a healthy breakfast in our Bistro. The Courtyard Columbus Tipton Lakes offers an indoor swimming pool and well-equipped exercise room. Reality: Bistro closed up tight, no other breakfast options available. Pool and whirlpool CLOSED for renovations. Several other issues as well. NOT up to Marriot standards. Very disappointed.

After a long drive we arrived early in the morning and Amanda R. Checked us in and she was absolutely great. The rooms were also great very close to a lot of restaurants which was also great. Thanks Amanda so much.

Amanda at the front desk was excellent. We arrived very late after a long drive. She greeted us with a smile and quickly checked us in. We left early the next morning and she was still there and checked us out just as efficiently.

We received a wonderful balcony room with a view of the woods when we asked about it, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view each morning as we ate our breakfast. Brose was incredibly welcoming when we arrived, and our room was so clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. The hotel’s location was perfect for visiting the fun sites and restaurants of Columbus and for shopping in the quaint shops of Nashville. We had a fantastic weekend!
