This location was even closer to the base than I anticipated, very convenient in and out. Most anywhere you may want to go is within 15-20 mins. Our room was clean and there was enough towels for the 2 of us, and they changed them all out everyday without even asking. Though they do only have 1 elevator, it wasn't that big of an issue, and we were on the 4th floor, just need a little bit of patience. If you are in a hurry, you can always use the stairs. We didn't eat breakfast there as we are not big breakfast people, though you could get coffee at anytime of the day for free from the machine I saw, my wife used it a couple of times. The staff we're all great. We checked in with Angelica and she was really nice and friendly and always said hi when we passed by. We then met James and he was really nice and always ready to help in anyway he could. We would definitely recommend staying at this location if you will be visiting the base. This location will be our first choice on our next visit.

The pillows are the fluffier I ever felt. David was exceptional with everything I needed. He made me very comfortable and felt welcomed. Pool is amazing looking. Ray came and fixed my toilet in a timely matter.

My stay was very disappointing. I specifically selected this hotel over other hotels in Columbus because they list they have a heated outdoor pool. This feature was so important to me and my family members that I was willing to pay the almost $300 night and the valet parking of $12 a day. Well, the pool was not heated. Same cold water as any other outdoor pool. Multiple requests up to the maintenance manager to heat the pool was denied. Another disappointment was the rooms do NOT have smart tvs. Just basic cable with no availability to stream Netflix, Prime videos, etc. So to get around this, we had to screen cast from our phone to the tv. What hotel does not have smart apps for screening?? On the positive side, the day supervisor was helpful, the desk staff was nice but needs training in problem solving customer issues and offering solutions other than just saying no or I don't know, the hotel building is relatively new and the valet guys were awesome. Needless to say, I cut my stay short and will not stay here in the future. This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.
