It started out great. The attendant was very nice getting us checked in and it was all pleasant. Then it all goes down hill from there. He finishes getting us checked in he says to me to wait in the office. He then goes down to the room and goes inside with a can of air freshener. He comes back and says the room is ready. We go down to the room and upon entering we notice right off the bat a few things. The dresser is broken, the night stand is broken, the mini fridge is running so loud that it drown out the tv when we turned it on, there is no phone or alarm clock, we got a smoking room and there was no ashtray in the room. I said something to the attendant and he tells me that, due to the high volume of people staying there, he couldn't put us in another room and he would get back to me on the ashtray. He never did by the way. That night my mother went to take a shower and the toilet ran the whole time she was in there causing the shower to go from freezing cold to scolding hot. Later that night I got up to go to the bathroom and there was roaches on the bathroom floor. We got up early the next morning, packed up all our stuff and left. I actually paid for 2 nights and was told that they "might" put the extra night back on my card. The money was eventually put back on my card with a little resistance, but I would not stay in this place again. If I had the choice between this motel and my car, I would choose my car.
