I chose this hotel because it was close to my event. I had a special room rate and have had to call back 4 different times, each time getting someone new. They took my name, email and phone and said they would get this resolved and get back to me. Do you think I got any communication back? I will help you answer that - NOPE. It has been over 2 weeks since my stay and still no resolution. I even filled out a hotel survey which was sent by the hotel afterwards and communicated my issues. I did get an email back saying sorry which I replied to and guess what . . . zero follow-up once again. Today was the last straw, I called again and the hotel attendant told me the DM manager doesn't have voice mail and then put me on hold (6 minutes) to locate his email address. A new manager came on the line said she would put me into the managers voice mail (wait he doesn't have one :) ) but couldn't get that correct and sent me to someone voice mail in accounting. This hotel is totally incompetence and doesn't follow through on what they say they will do. So, I would HIGHLY recommend no one stay at this hotel.
