One of my worst hotel stays in a long time. We were handed an info sheet about the water outage, but not until the morning after I informed the front desk that we experienced no water at night, inability to flush our toilet, yellow water in the morning when the water was restored, a cold shower, and A/C that did not work right. We needed comfort, as we were receiving medical care at a local hospital for my wife’s life-threatening condition. This was far from the experience we anticipated (and needed). At the very least, we should have been informed of this before our stay, as we would have switched hotels.
