Super clean hotel with incredibly helpful front desk. Located right across the highway from a Walmart for anything you might have forgotten. My kids loved the pool! And breakfast was hearty and fresh, even having enough things that are gluten free for this celiac. My teens liked the waffle maker, too! Would definitely book here again!

There is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.

The cleanest i've seen in a hotel in a long time! If i could give it 10 stars, i would.

Great location, near to retail, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean with a nice view of Pikes Peak.

This is a fairly new and clean hotel. It is in a great location and has many family friendly amenities. We are eager to go back and enjoy the hot tub, pool, and fire pits. The only issue we had was related to pool towels. We had to call to ask for some on two occasions. They couldn’t find any pool towels, so we waited for them to bring regular towels. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Best hotel in Colorado Springs in this price range! Fantastic service, front desk, food, rooms are excellent and very large. Highly recommend! Rooms on Woodmen side get a lot of road noise that is our only complaint! Free laundry also! Cannot go wrong here.

I'm here right now. I booked my room almost a month ago. I requested a top floor away from the hwy noise because I hear everything. I'm having surgery tomorrow and I need my sleep and I'm already stressed. I called earlier this week to confirm my reservation and decided to spend an extra night just in case. I spoke with TAYLOR and he assured me that I would get the room I requested. I got here and checked in,, came up to my room and here I find that I am right off the off the hwy hearing all of the motorcycles and large trucks. I went back down to talk to TAYLOR and he said it was the best they could do.. I go to bed early and get up late and all I hear are the cars on the road right outside of our room. I will never stay here again. TAYLOR lied even after confirming my requests. I find it hard to believe that this hotel is 100% booked on a Wednesday night. So, while I lay here trying to go to sleep, I get to listen to motorcycles and large trucks go by and did I mention that I have surgery tomorrow? TAYLOR didn't care. He put us in the crappiest room they have , even though I offered to upgrade, even though I thought I already had. Sooo if you are a light sleeper like me,, don't book this hotel. The air conditioner is noisy also.

We booked the Staybridge Suites Colorado Springs NE because it was convenient to family we were visiting. The facility appears to be relatively new, and the public areas were good, as expected. However, immediately upon checking in to our room we found a wad of black hair on the bathroom floor. (See photo). My wife is blond, I am bald, and it is 100% certain the hair was on the bathroom floor before we checked into the room). The room itself had the space and amenities as described on the hotel website. A word of caution - ask for a room that does not face Woodmen Road. During the night, the loud motorcycles and cars (apparent road racing) was a nuisance. We had breakfast the first morning of our stay, and took a pass on the other mornings as the hot items were not hot and there was not adequate seating space on a Saturday morning. We opted for a great breakfast at Urban Egg in Colorado Springs the other mornings of our stay. The overall experience of our stay was not worth the price paid. We will choose another option in the future.

I’ve stayed at hotels over 3 different continents and honestly this one takes “the cake” for being the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever used my hard earned money to stay at. My family and I stayed here a couple days ago over the weekend and it took me a couple days to come up with the best way to describe my stay and hopefully help others stay very far away from this place. So, let’s begin on checking in with the front desk agent Allen. During checking in I had a conversation with him and how he “couldn’t wait to go home and start getting hammered on fathers root beer” also had a conversation with him about how my kids were driving me “crazy” in the car and he thought it would be funny to do the “redneck babysitter” by putting “duct tape over their mouths”. After having this conversation with him I kind of had a feeling how this weekend was going to go. Upon checking in to the room shortly after, my son and I wanted to make the sofa bed, unfortunately there was no complete bedding in the bag in the closet. No pillows and no comforter or and blanket. Having to go downstairs since no one would pick up the phone at the front desk I had the “joy” speaking with Allen and he was “annoyed” that I needed these things that should’ve been in the room to begin with! He said he had to walk to the linen closet on each floor to get the pillows but he didn’t have the comforter or and blanket. After going to the first floor linen closet he was “annoyed” he had to go up to the second floor linen closet to get a couple pillows. Following him up there he found only one body pillow and said “there was no pillow cover for it and that’s all he could find”. After dealing with that I took my 4 kids down to the pool, going down there it was packed with people, kids were packed in the hot tub so that was out of the question and kids jumping and doing cannonballs in the pool too so that was chaos. Unfortunately, half way during the time being down there the area had no pool towels so everybody was going upstairs to the front desk to ask Allen for some including myself. You would’ve thought he would’ve just brought some down but nope, he was making everyone feeling like we were “bothering him” including myself and my wife who asked him when she walked in the front entrance to ask him for some bath towels for our room. She mentioned to me when we got back to our room that he was “very rude” about it when she asked him for bath towels. Why he works at a hotel front desk when it takes the certain personality and customer service aspects is beyond me. We get back to our room and tried connecting to the internet and let me tell you, out of all the years staying at a hotel I’ve never experienced such SLOW and unreliable internet speeds in my lifetime and running the Speedtest on my phone trying to see why it was so slow explained why. I had 3.5 mbps download and 1.5 mbps uploads. It was SO bad and it was like this both nights we were there. Honestly, if you’re the type of the p
