nice new hotel - clean and well apointed.
Was the tail end of our trip, hadn't booked anything, did a quick search on Hotels and found this place. Little out side of town but next to a Cinema, a good arcade and sports bar. Hotel is quite new, very clean and modern. Staff very friendly.
We did get a room that was already occupied! thankfully we didn't see the people in there, just their stuff. Staff were very apologetic and we got an upgrade to a room with a mountain view - very lush.
would happily go back. Breakfast was included and decent too - loved the waffle iron.

Family vacay
Stayed 2 nights in a family vacation to see the sights. Great location to plenty of things with a fairly short drive.
Room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens! Good water pressure in shower. Comfy beds. Good air-conditioning system. Appreciated the large fridge and kitchen!
Only reason i gave it 4 stars is that the breakfast on our 2nd morning wasnt well maintained. Counter where waffle maker is was full of batter mess. Food ran out between guests. Maybe they were understaffed...? Food was fine. Premade egg omelets. Cereal, bread for toast and waffles/ muffins.

We planned only one night, and I believe they put us in a room with a broken AC/ heater. The parking lot is shared by some kinda cool places but mostly oriented toward younger adults. Many young adults were hanging in the parking lot, not ideal for young kids. They have to lock their doors at 9pm, to suggest the area has a homelessness problem is an understatement. At times the homelessness situation was unsafe. The Hyatt a mile away was available and much better

Hotel itself was fine. Asked the front desk for some suggestions to eat downtown and they (3 guys) looked at me like I was crazy. They suggested a place to eat right behind the hotel, and it was terrible. How can you not know any places good to eat?!

This place feels like it's fairly new. Room was large and comfortable. Somewhat no frills but nice. Super clean. Staff has been pleasant. The free breakfast is nothing really special but is also nice Walking distance to a couple different bars and a movie theater. I would stay here again. Overall good experience.

Ruined New Year's. Two disabled veterans 1,800 miles away from home with service dogs were not welcome for the prepaid 5-6 nights through Jan 2nd. Not worthy of Hilton branding. Once you give them your $1,000 they act less hospitable.
