Upon arrival, it was disheartening to find that the hotel did not offer a shuttle service as expected. While I appreciate the personal effort of the desk attendant to provide transportation, this is not a substitute for professional hotel services. The condition of the rooms was, frankly, unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness suggested a severe neglect of maintenance, which is not only uninviting but also raises health concerns. I understand that cancellation policies are in place for a reason, but under such circumstances, I believe an exception should have been considered. The refusal to waive the cancellation fee added insult to injury, and as a result, I chose to seek accommodations elsewhere despite the financial loss. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting a review of your facilities and services. An improvement in these areas would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.
