Muy bien dentro de lo esperado el Spa muy bien, muy limpio excelente atención, desayuno correcto excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo y en silencio. Acorde a las estrellas nada que sorprenda........ el resto solo consumimos bebidas muy buena atención..........

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, frente al río y a unas cuadras del centro. La habitación moderna y espaciosa. El desayunador con una hermosa vista hacia el río ubicado en el cuarto piso, el desayuno normal. Tiene spa y pileta climatizada. Personal muy atento. En el restaurant se come muy bien. Cosas a mejorar: deberían ampliar un poco el horario de la pileta climatizada para los menores, ya que es muy corto y juntamente ocupa dos horas en horario de almuerzo que con chicos es imposible asistir. Deberían modernizar los baños, la flor de la ducha es viejisima para un hotel 4 estrellas. Otra contra es el tema de la refrigeracion/calefacción ya que es central y no individual. Los canales de la tv no se ven bien. Si volviese elegiría el hotel.

Exelente lugar para hospedarse en colon ,muy buena atención del personal con spa y piscina , desayuno incluído,habitación al rio muy linda ,(no se pueden abrir las ventanas y el aire central muy frío único detalle ) estacionamiento y centrico

Check inn deficiente . Demoraron una vida .. teníamos una habitación triple y una doble . En la triple solo la cama matrimonial estaba tendida . La tercer persona se murió de frío porque no tenía ni sábanas ni frazadas . El spa es lamentable el horario es hasta las 10 horas . Un hotel que dice ser de cinco estrellas y no llega a tres .

Nos alojamos 2 noches en este hotel y la pasamos muy bien. Lo mejor es el spa, con varias piletas, servicio de batas y toallas, todo con la mejor atención. La ubicación es muy buena y si bien el desayuno es normal, el salón tiene una muy linda vista a la costanera. La habitación interna resultó un poco chica, el wifi se cortaba por momentos pero en general obtuvimos una muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Estuvimos 2 noches en enero, quiero destacar la atención del personal del spa. La ubicación es muy cómoda para moverse a pie, me gustó mucho la vista desde el desayunador. El desayuno estuvo bien, reponían siempre y acorde al hotel. La habitación interna puede resultar chica, especialmente el baño pero para 2 noches no molestó. Tiene piscina al aire libre que da bastante el sol y sino en el spa piscina climatizada cubierta, dan toallas y batas las veces que necesites. Nos dieron una copa de bienvenida que disfrutamos en el restaurante con vistas al río. El wifi se cortaba por sectores. Muy buena relación precio-calidad.
