Convenient location near Fort station and a few mins walk to a good selection of tourist restaurants, cafes and bars near the World Trade Centre. Probably one of the best locations in Colombo for tourists using the train.
Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and good shower with hot water. My room also had decent air conditioning.
Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Good price. I will happily stay here again next time I am in Colombo.

Booked this place because was only staying in Colombo for 2 nights and just needed a bed. Great price, walking distance to the main places in Colombo (which is nothing), and the room was really clean and had everything I needed. Stay here for a night and leave Colombo is my advice.

It’s a perfect location, very close to the train station you can literally walk there. It’s clean, great service, I love the design. I highly recommend it if you just passing by Colombo. It’s conveniently situated

If you're just looking to sleep, I think it's just about acceptable.
Anyway, if you're leaving the next day from Colombo Fort Station in the morning and just want to be able to sleep, it might be worth it.
The room has no TV, safe, or refrigerator. The view is not good either. The shower also has a mysterious hot water heater installed above the shower. It was very difficult to use. There is no elevator, so you have to go up and down the complex building.

I was a little worried because there were some negative comments on both Trip.com and Google Maps, but it turned out to be a very good hotel.
The hotel staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and easy to use. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. It would be even better if there was a hair dryer.
