Spacious rooms, friendly staff, restaurant in the hotel, it's about 30 min walk to Colombo fort

There are rooms for improvement .Cleanliness needed more often in the room for long staying guests. Reception sofa needs to be cleaned for receiving of guests the arm rests was black with dirt. Mr R.Prashath was very help full on his part .When he's around you can asked him anything he will give you the help you require during your stay. So thanks to Mr Prashath our Holiday went well. But there's an old Man that needs to stay out of guests visibility cause when getting information he comes to close to listen what you are saying, that was very inappropriate.

Easy accessible location to all parts in Colombo. Very good location, excellent staff specially Sindujan very helpful good English and carrying the guest very friendly. Break Fast also excellent Room are very clean every day housekeeping services

Perfect for the train station. I arrived late and caught the early 06.25 train south. I just walked round with luggage- super easy. Basic hotel but comfy bed. There was a bit of noise but nothing to put me off my sleep Staff were really friendly and nothing seemed to much bother
