The hotel environment is average, the room is small, but the service is very good. It was raining heavily when I went out in the morning. I didn't have an umbrella, and the waiter gave me an umbrella, which was great.

Well, the price was cheap so that's about right.
The room was on the 5th floor but the old elevator only went up to the 4th floor so you had to take the stairs from there.
