The hotel is right next to Cologne Cathedral (the picture was taken at the entrance of the hotel), about 5 minutes' walk. I think it's a good choice to stay in Cologne, because the cathedral-train station (the main church hub)-accommodation are all in one place, which is very convenient for travel and sightseeing. It was also very convenient for me to come back from watching the game in Leverkusen at night. The room was newly decorated, but the corridor looked a bit like a fast hotel, but it didn't affect the stay experience at all.

First of all, if you don't have an obsession with Cologne Cathedral, I don't recommend coming to Cologne. The whole city is full of urine smell, which is incomprehensible... Secondly, the paint on the door of the hotel room was renovated and the smell was suffocating. Basically, I lived in an environment where formaldehyde exceeded the standard. If you want to renovate the wall, you can just not let guests stay on the first floor. The behavior of asking for more is annoying. Then, when I was taking a shower in the room, someone suddenly swiped a card to enter the door. After asking, I found out that the front desk made a mistake and gave one room to two guests... I can't understand it. If I hadn't put on my clothes, what would it be like to meet a stranger pushing the door in naked in the room! ? Moreover, the hotel did not apologize from beginning to end. Finally... When checking out, the front desk asked me to pay the city tax. After I paid it, I found that I had already paid the city tax on the Ctrip order, and I was asked to pay it twice... I stayed in Germany for a week, and only Cologne made me feel hard to describe. Not only the city construction but also the hotel service are rubbish! ! I don't recommend this hotel at all.
