We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

The room is small, but clean. The front desk is good, 24 hours a day, with rich breakfast, various entertainment equipment, and convenient parking. It's in front of the hotel, free parking

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean, beds very comfortable.
The staff is very kind and welcoming, they responded to my request by phone to change rooms with 2 single beds and we were very satisfied with my friend. We had a great time at this hotel.

Hotel come giá scritto vicino al centro. Circa 10 min a piedi. Camera e bagno piccoli, ma visto il poco tempo in cui si sta in camera va benissimo. Vicino alla reception acqua e vari sciroppi sempre disponibili. Colazione davvero ottima. Sia salato che dolce. Tutto buono. Hotel molto carino. Posteggi davanti all hotel pochi, ma per le strade ce ne sono molti. Unica pecca, zona bar bellissima, ma bisognerebbe fare ogni tanto l aspirapolvere perchè peccato vedere tutto lo sporco quando si è seduti :(

Hotel quite close to the town, about 5/10 min walk. Small 2-storey hotel, comfortable and very clean. Small rooms and bathroom but for us who are only there to sleep it's ok. In the room there is a kettle with tea and Nescaffe which, if consumed, is replaced daily. The only flaw is that the towels are a little old but they change them every day. We only had breakfast one day, good with freshly baked sweet things, but there is a bit of everything both sweet and savory and they replace if it runs out, in my opinion it is a little expensive, but in line with the prices of the area. Good value for money in general

Great hotel. Location was great, it’s very easy to find and it’s just a short 5/10 minute stroll into town. Staff were really friendly. Parking is great, just outside the hotel main door. We only stayed one night but would happily stay again.
