El hotel está bien ubicado a pocos minutos caminando de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Dispone de aparcamiento privado, aunque está en un edificio al otro lado de la calle. La habitación es amplia, moderna y limpia. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable.

Basic Ibis, clean, functional, with breakfast,, Rooms are small, breakfast is fine, 4 nite stay in Colmar, In May, AC was not turned on, and the weather required AC, a negative experience!! Friendly Staff did not provide any explanation except apologies.

Accueil agréable - facilité de parking - proximité du centre historique (environ 15 minutes à pied) bon petit déjeuner servi dans le hall del 'hotel. MAIS CHAMBRE ET SALLE D'EAU TRES PETITE. Pas de place pour les valises même sous le lit. Donc à éviter pour des séjours de plusieurs nuits avec bagages volumineux.

Si l’accueil est plutôt agréable et souriant, je reste malheureusement très réservé sur la suite des prestations ! Que ce soit les chambres , plutôt petites , sans bouilloire, équipée de très petit téléviseur ou les salles de bain, petites également, doté de petit lavabo…cela ne donne pas envie de revenir ! D’autant que les prix me semblent élevés , plus de 100€ la nuit pour un confort très moyen ….sans doute l’effet Colmar , ville très et trop touristique par excellence ! Que dire du petit déjeuner …la communication de l’hôtel évoque des produits locaux , sans doute pas les confitures « bonne maman ». la charcuterie sous vide ou les viennoiseries surgelées ….je n’ai identifié aucun produit local et j’ajouterais que ce petit déjeuner est sans doute un des moins bons que j’ai testé ces dernières années ; et alors cerise sur le gâteau on fait la queue comme à la cantine avec son plateau !!

We had a very pleasant stay at this IBIS hotel which is a great base for visiting Colmar. Check in staff were so helpful and this applied to all staff throughout our stay – thank you. We requested a larger room on a higher floor and although a little quirky in layout it was perfectly functional. Compact bathroom with excellent shower and good lighting, separate toilet. The bed was very hard (personal choice) great A/C and very quiet, the two outside window shutters were superb. No tea/coffee, fridge or safety deposit box which we knew when booking but these would have been nice. Breakfast buffet was very tasty, lots of local produce, the Madeleines were freshly baked as was the bread. Delicious, scrambled eggs and fresh pastries, lots of choice. We enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast and evening drinks after a full day exploring, great little spot and value for money in Colmar, thoroughly recommended.
