As a structure I liked it, maybe it would need some tweaks inside the rooms with a few more electrical outlets and in the bathroom I would only recommend a nice and large shower and remove the bathtub. Very helpful and polite staff is easy-going, the hotel restaurant is well-kept here too the staff is helpful and welcoming, excellent home-made food and normal prices. I recommend it. Posto giusto ai piedi del borgo storico che si raggiunge sia in auto che con una piccola camminata offre un soggiorno tranquillo in ambiente comodo, camere pulite che consentono una buona qualità del sonno,personale gentilissimo. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio sotterraneo dal quale si raggiunge direttamente con ascensore la hall.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte, purtroppo!!! ma, pur non essendo nuovissimo, abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, la camera al 3° piano con vista sul castello meravigliosa, la doccia confortevole e i materassi comodissimi. Eravamo stati invitati ad un matrimonio io, mia sorella e il marito di quest’ultima e abbiamo alloggiato qui per due notti: molto semplice, ma purtroppo il letto era un po’ scomodo per me…per quanto riguarda la colazione a buffet era squisita!

Hotel in centro con buona colazione, ma avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La proprietaria è risultata davvero scortese, soprattutto con i suoi dipendenti. Avrebbe potuto evitare di urlargli contro più volte! È stato imbarazzante assistere alle scene in cui discuteva con dei ragazzi fuori dall'hotel.

Consigliatissimo, lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Le stanze sono comode e pulite, materassi molto comodo così come i cuscini. Colazione caria e abbondante Posizione ottima in centro a Colle val d'elsa con parcheggio comodo Alessandro (Como)

Abbiamo dormito qui in occasione della ns quarta notte francigena, ci è piaciuta questa struttura in toto e ve la consigliamo sia per la stanza che per la colazione non mettendo in secondo piano la sua collocazione che è ottimale vale a dire centrale. Da segnalare anche il ristorante sotto all'albergo.

Nice hotel built in an old paper mill. The windows overlook Colle Val d'Elsa Vecchia located on the hill. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and fast staff. Excellent rich breakfast and good products. Good price paid €80 for two with breakfast
