The buffet for breakfast and dinner has too few varieties. The dishes seem like those opened by Chinese people. It is not worth it just for the view. The room at the Salt Hotel is not so dry and clean. But I have to try it when I come. The check-out time is too early.

The hotel reception, lobby, and room facilities are all made of salt. The breakfast is good, but the hotel is far from the salt lake, and there are too few shuttle buses from the hotel to the salt lake. If you are not driving yourself, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel.

This is a very good hotel. The service is good and the whole building is clean, so it's worth staying there. I recommend it. The sunset is beautiful.

The hotel environment is very good. There were no other people when we went. The whole hotel was arranged for us. The dinner was okay. We arrived at 10:30 on the first night. Only pizza was available, but the taste was still very good It is very close to the Salt Lake, but you need to take another road to drive into the Salt Lake, so it takes 50 minutes to drive there, so if you want to see the starry sky and sunrise, it is recommended to choose the Salt Palace. The location is at the intersection of the Salt Lake, so you can return late and wake up late Looking at the mirror of the sky really needs fate. We went there in mid-December, and it rained a lot. As a result, we arrived in the salt lake. The water was 20 cm deep, but the rain caused foam everywhere, and the feeling of the mirror surface could not be photographed.

We stayed a night here after visiting the salt flat of Uyuni. The welcome was very pleasant and the hotel is beautifully decorated in local style with lots of little corners with fireplaces. The views of the sunset is lovely. The room was very comfortable and simple.fair amenities. The bar area is lovely and has a nice selection. The restaurant is very pleasant and the buffet food was nice . Breakfast also served buffet style was nice and fair choice. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good place if visiting the salt flats.

I agree with all the other reviews : this hotel on the edge of the salar is stunning and being built of salt offers a different experience. The standard room we had was quite large [ but with no wardrobe (?) ] and the different areas of the hotel were lovely with nice fireplaces- As other said the food is Ordinary and not at the same level of the accommodation . Anyway this was a very good option . Anna and Francesco from Italy

This hotel has previously been highly rated. I am sorry to say that the property and service have deteriorated. We stayed for 2 nights in late September. At first sight, the hotel looks good. The idea of building it out of salt blocks is unusual and attractive. The public areas are maintained in good condition although having crushed salt on the floors is a bit of a nuisance at times. It means you must wear outdoor shoes at all times indoors. The bedrooms are a sad contrast. Ours had peeling paint hanging off the walls in both the bedroom and the bathroom - see photos. Both reading lamps by the bed were broken and did not work. When we raised this with the receptionist, we got no reaction at all. When our travel agent then contacted the hotel, the "customer service manager" came to see us. When we asked how the room could possibly get into such a bad state, she said that management never inspects the rooms. The hotel advertises itself as having the best food in the region. That was certainly not our experience. For both dinners and both breakfasts, the only option was a limited buffet in which the quality of food was very ordinary. When some dishes ran out, they were not replenished. No espresso coffee was available at breakfast. The service did not impress us. I had a beer with my dinner so signed off the chit to charge this to our room. Two minutes later the waiter returned with an empty folder and said firmly "for the tip!". As it was a buffet and the waiter had given no service whatsoever, I found this offensive. When we checked out, the receptionist tried to charge us for soft drinks which were part of our package. It was only when the manager got involved that this was reversed.

Spa e game room.

My son and I were there a few weeks ago and it was a magical experience. From the minute our plane landed in Uyuni, the driver was there to pick us up. He was very polite, helpful and took us to the market, the train stations and later to the hotel. When we got to the hotel we were in awe of the beauty of the place. The pictures don’t do the place justice . From the entrance to the hallways, the art, the uniqueness and comfort of the place make this hotel a true gem. The attention to detail and uniqueness of its architecture are amazing. The rooms are big, comfortable and beautiful with all the comforts you can think of. We arrived and had an amazing lunch at the restaurant. Right after that, the driver took us to the Salt Flats where we had a fantastic afternoon exploring the sites. The beauty of this place is amazing and like nothing we had experienced before. We took incredible picture and visited beautiful sites. This is a one of a kind experience that I highly recommend. I wish I had stayed longer there. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
