Though a small property, Rooms and property are well maintained. 5 star to food. 0 star to few of the staffs especially the front desk, room service. Camp fire was just a gimmick with just smoke and no actual fire. Discriminating guest which is the saddest part of the whole trip. Requested to switch on plunge pool filter multiple times, but didn't. Nothing much to see around. Overly priced against the amenities and service.

Stayed with my family for a day at coco lagoon. It's a well maintained property and lots of activities to keep us occupied. There was a karaoke night by mr. Allen, which was great. Room was well maintained, food was great & excellent staff to take care of.

Firstly i see the description in mm t and live location is totally wrong i had booked pool suite private, which showed while booking and also it shows bathtub both was changed at time of che ck in. At property they said check with mmt customer care which is pain to reach out
for the same suite when i check i have paid almost 3 k per night extra which showed no bathtub and private pool over all frustrated and disappointment experience by mm t and coco lagoon

Checkin and checkout was professional. Service and rooms were phenomenal. Food overall was good. Veg was exceptional but non veg dishes were not upto the mark. Outdoor activities like pottery, bullock cart, river walking and turf cricket was entertaining. But no indoor games and gyms were available during our stay.

Poor service. No shower gel in room. No lotions. Ac was not proper. Only good thing is the activities they had like bullock cart ride, river crossing etc. Room service was tooo bad.

It was a good experience with activities filled day. Board games are under renovation so couldn’t play that. Bullock cart ride and river walk were good.
