One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed .. the room is full of smoke smell and the washrooms are not at all clean 🥹.. the rate of hotel is high , and if it is high the cleanliness of the hotel should be like that .. one of the worst experiences.

Smelly rooms. Dirty linen and bed sheets. Extremely poor response to requests. Terrible experience. Water kettle did not work. No action on the complaint.

1st room allotted to us was not ok. Old bed sheets and room was not neat. Next day when we requested they allotted another room which was neat and comfortable.

I had three days stay the room was spacious well maintained, morning buffet was good and the staff were attentive
