I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were issues with the payment. I repeatedly asked the hotel to accept payment at check-in, but they insisted that the payment had already been made, despite me offering to settle the bill upfront. Even when I was checking out of the property, the confusion continued. The hotel claimed that the room had been booked on a pre-payment basis and that their system couldn't process two payments for the same room. I was frustrated but assumed the situation would be resolved. However, the worst part came after I had already boarded my flight home. I received a call from the receptionist within 1 hour of check out demanding in a rude tone that I rush to the hotel immediately "without any excuse" to make the payment. This was both unprofessional and distressing. It's hard to believe that such behavior comes from a hotel that markets itself as a luxury establishment. The hotel believes that customers may run away without making their payments and hence the rush. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the lack of professionalism and poor customer service made for a very stressful and unpleasant stay.
