The worst place bugs and stans are everywhere the smell is the worst it smells like dead animals I do not recommend

Service poor behind the bar and a bit slow at times Over priced considering no table service for drinks or cocktails as had to wait at bar for drinks Staff seemed a little over whelmed and stressed by the amount of people Food in restaurant was average and a bit overpriced. Breakfast was delicious and had a great range on offer ,staff were pleasant and helpful . Reception staff were exceptional on the Saturday and Sunday checking out. A very nice resort but the standard has gone down since last being there almost 12 months ago .

Not too happy with TV channels available but otherwise no complaints. We had issues with our heating which staff were very quick to try to rectify. We will definitely return again!

Annuka is great! This stay was a returrn trip where we had our honeymoon back in 1988. It is as beautiful now as it was then.

Everything was great , service, amenities and the restaurant was outstanding! The only issue was the poor wifi. We love Aanuka and will be staying here again

Lots of things to say about this resort. Booked direct for 3 nights. Sun 20th - Wed 23rd Oct with another couple celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary who booked there own 2 bedroom apartment Arrived 2.30pm Sunday pleasant greeting - Our room 108A was at the rear end of the resort which is a good 10 mins walk away from reception over a bridge with a locked gate. We later learnt that the bar / restaurant / was non operative due to major electrical fault for our entire stay - main pool area non operative due to renovations. Room renovations next door to us made it impossible but after complaining we were kindly moved on the Monday to the front half of the resort to a lovely but dated suite 112. The resort overall is lovely and has a lot going for it especially for families with children - excellent recreation facilities and once all renovations are complete it will makes a lovely holiday experience. Staff were great and did there best under difficult conditions. To sum up - we were unlucky - we paid a premium price for a resort which was not really functional so had to drive to other places to eat -:which for us really a huge disappointment and management should be ashamed that we along with other guests were not offered some form of compensation for the non delivery of services and facilities promoted and advertised.

Disappointing stay. Resort going through renovations that we were not made aware of at the time of booking. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed . The Restaurant was also closed which was inconvenient as the Resort is not close to any other food places. Breakfast was cold and basic

Recently stayed over a long weekend, loved the room, very quiet, comfortable and spotless. Private beach as well. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices, staff attentive without being “in your face”. Well done, Team Aanuka, we’ll be back !

Was really looking forward to a much needed time away only to find the main pool is closed, the restaurant totally booked out for our entire stay and the room old, tired and smelled like stale cigarettes. Ever piece of furniture in our room looked like it had been found on curbside collection. What a waste. Just wanted to leave as soon as we realised. Don't book here.
