"This place is too far from the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park!!! It takes an hour to drive from the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone to the East Gate. From the East Gate, you have to drive through a nature reserve and a state park and climb over two mountains for another hour. I drove at a speed of more than 100 miles per hour and the sun almost completely set when I arrived here at 9 p.m. Fortunately, there is a Wendy's not far away that is open until midnight."

"We have stayed at The Cody previously so it was a no brainer for us to book here again on our return trip. The staff are always warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated, with a good sitting area and a well supplied kitchen. It is just out of town which suits us just fine, but within walking distance of the Rodeo, Ghost Town and Cody Gun Experience, Gas stations and car wash.
