Travelodge Ipswich Beacon Hill

Hotel is ok, but the website failed and would not let me book, so had to book over the phone and pay extra for this even though it was travelodge website at fault

we were well received on arrival, booking in nice and easy rooms were very comfortable and clean. no issues

Comfortable nights sleep - the beds and temperature in the room were great. Easy to find and park. Perfect for our stopover on the way home from the ferry! Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful!

Clean hotel friendly staff at reception, very quiet, could do with settee in the room otherwise room ok and no noise from inside or outside

We had a very comfortable stay at Beacon Hill Travelodge, the staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a downstairs room as my husband has mobility problems. My only concern which is not your fault is that the route to the service station was quite treacherous under foot, you had to watch carefully where you were walking as it was all broken up.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Clean rooms with staff always willing to help out. Fairly noisy location but bearable. Hairdryer available on request along with top ups of brew items. With a Gregg's across the road which was quite handy and a petrol station next door made things easier.

Good. It was a good trip and hotel was properly managed but I was expecting a room fridge as well to store my food and other related food and soft drinks items.

this is a lovely travelodge, the location is ideal for people wanting to get on the motorway, the man behind reception was very helpful, there was no fan in the room yesterday, but he kindly went and got one, i would certainly go back to the hotel again

Regularly stay here on business, clean rooms, quieter rooms at the rear of hotel, staff are always very helpful and friendly. Although there's no restaurant on site there's a burger king and greggs who both do breakfast items. Also handy for the garage for fuel.
