Lost Inn Paradise

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament and wanted to spend a few days at a beach. This was about an hour drive, so perfect location. The weather didn't cooperate, it was super windy and rainy. It was nice to have a place near the beach, a river, and with a pool so we had a lot of options. We could sit in the shade, or sheltered from wind behind the pool, or sit on the dock at night. The beach access is right across the street though there is quite a bit of traffic at times. We spent a lot of time walking up and down the beach, you can walk for miles. We liked that this was far from the big hotels but close enough to drive there to shop or eat if we wanted to. The keyless entry was very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and the property is maintained very well. We were able to check in early and the room was cleaned while we were there. Make sure you check out the room with the pool and beach items, as well as some plates/cups. I have two older kids and they really enjoyed it here. We would definitely return again.

What a great location and the facility was so clean! The king room was very big with a small full Refrig, sink and microwave. Nice size pool and boat dock for chillin by the water or tying up your boat/jet ski. On the river side, just across the street is the beach. We happened upon some friends who had a family reunion at this location and they raved about their experience! Highly recommend a stay!

This was a great little find for us through Trip Advisor. We loved that there are only 12 bungalows, so it is very laid back. Room was very nice and new towels and light cleaning done daily despite it saying that it would be every 3rd day. Nice surprise. It was fun to watch the fish and dolphins in the Banana River off the dock. The pool was heated which was great for swimming even in cooler days. The only disappointment was the gas grill didn’t light (the igniter is broken and we did not have matches). The room full of stuff to borrow is so nice, I wished the weather would have cooperated so that we could have taken advantage of it and gone to the beach. The contactless check in was slick and easy. We never saw anyone who worked there though which felt a little odd. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

My husband and I stayed two nights pre-cruise early November and for us it was a paradise. The entire property was spotless and our room was very clean and the bed comfortable with good AC. Both nights we saw fish and even saw a dolphin right at the pier. Day two we used a complementary wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach, which is just across the street and even watched three ships sail out of Port Canaveral.. Later we ate across the street at a local Mexican restaurant. We loved our experience and will definitely return.

What a fabulous place. After contacting the hotel directly, The owner was able to accommodate our requested date and we are so glad he did. This is a beautifully presented, clean and well equipped accommodation in a great location with sunset views on the west facing dock and the Atlantic just 50m across the road on the other side. There is a roof terrace for everyone to enjoy with great views across the Banana river and perfect if you are lucky enough for your visit to coincide with a rocket launch. The bungalow had plenty of space for a family of 4 (2 x adults & 2 x teens) with a sizeable bathroom & shower and the kitchenette within the room featured a large refrigerator, microwave and sink. We were able to take time out to use the free kayaks, as well as the pool. There are a number of good restaurants very close by and town of Cocoa Beach is a short drive. Whilst we were only here for a short time, we really enjoyed our stay and only wish we were able to stay longer. If we come back to Cocoa beach, we will definitely try to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lost Inn Paradise. The whole place was nice and clean with a cheerful old Florida feel. It was a little away from the main touristy section of Cocoa Beach which we preferred. The manager was helpful and friendly and we were able to check in early. We would stay here again in the future.

We had such a great time at Lost Inn Paradise. We had a property overlooking the waterfront and the view blew us away every morning. I’ve never enjoyed my first coffee more! We were lucky enough to spot some dolphins one morning and followed them on the kayaks (the owners let you use these free of charge). The rooms are beautifully decorated, and we made use of the heated pool and room full of beach equipment / pool toys. We highly recommend this property and as the rocket launch we hoped to see was delayed, we very much hope to revisit again soon! The couple who run this were also very good to us on our last day - providing access back to the facilities after our day at the beach - so grateful.

First time to Cocoa Beach. Soooo very glad we chose this Inn. Weekend trip for 2. The setting is a must see, your own private area to kick back and watch the sun set over the Banana River. Or fish off the docks, or kayak, or paddle board…Immaculate accommodations. Clean, neat, well thought out. Feels like a B&B Jimmy Buffet style. Across the street is the ocean. You can really just park and never move the car. Eateries within walking distance. Fully stocked guest laundry with ice, snacks and play gear. Small pool just right size to chill. Don’t miss this one!! Will definitely rebook here. Watched Space X launch in morning from Inn’s lagoon dock. Lots here!
