Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie erhofft und gebucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Es war nicht die erste Buchung in diesem Hotel und auf jeden Fall nicht die letzte. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein nächstes mal.

Weekend party noise prevents sleep
If it's a weekend night and your room is around the back of the property, you better not care about noise. Loud noise from the bar(s) next to the property around the back prevented sleep until about 3am. I also didn't like the self-check-in process though it was nice someone from the hotel was there to help. The people working at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allen voran das umfangreiche Frühstück. Leider keine klassische Rezeption, wie man es kennt, sondern Online-Eintragung und Aktivierung der Zimmerkarten. Für ältere Personen ist das sicherlich nicht einfach.
Die Straße(n) hinter dem Hotel waren verdreckt und es war sehr laut.

Das Hotel liegt ungefähr 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundliche Empfangen. Man half uns beim elektronischen Check in und es wurde alles genau erklärt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotel war gut. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Hat man ein Zimmer zur Altstadt muss man mit erhöhtem Geräuschpegel rechnen, welchen man aber mit den Schallschutzfenstern schnell entgegenwirken kann. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.
Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Sehr gepflegte Zimmer, nettes Personal und super Frühstück. Füsläufig alles sehr nah (Weihnachtsmarkt etc.) Leider in der Umgebung viele Restaurants geschlossen..
